Why are people against Biafra secession? If it was Arewa secession, will people be against them like this? Is it that Nigeria cannot survive without the Igbos? Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has certainly proven to be LEAGUES ahead of our present & past leaders & politicians. The man's simplicity, humility, and willingness not to get power hungry is truly remarkable. Even that corrupt & incompetent buffoon called Buhari can't boast of a quarter of GEJ'S qualities.

Policy should be scrapped, it is almost giving the message that Nigerians are unpatriotic and would only whistleblow for financial gain, an effective share of the proceeds of the crime therein lies my problem with the policy it actually offers a percentage of the looted amount.

Policy would be more sensible the whistle blower are offered promotion with significant increased salary.
