A friend who applied on the 15th (monday) just got his "ready for collection" mail today.
So ther's no cause for alarm.
We wud get a feedback dis week, by God's grace!

you made a mistake by demanding for his phone and in the process smashing it. There are plenty ways to handle these kinda dudes. Anyways since the deed has already being done asin I mean the phone screen broken, I think you should give him space for now cause you bugging him now will be used against you later.. Use this period and make decisions if you still wanna be with him or not and not feeling angry with yourself, after all you didn't intentionally smash the phone.

I submitted my application today @ TP abuja. I wasn't asked a lot of questions ( I think d lady get cough)
@Spikec d woman dat did my biometric dint collect my new passport oh. She said "I cnt submit 2 valid passport " but she collted d datapage & I informed her tht i've explained in d Additional info. online. She said okay.
Now..patiently waiting

While you apply online.
It's a risk to use the old passport and you defo don't wanna start running around in London trying to renew passport in just 6 months time, which would cost you more and be an inconvenience to you

That's true. & I saw dis on the updated 'Entering the Uk' guide. So I really need it.

You should only submit a passport that has atleast 6 months validity.

It would carry a new number, you just have to submit both passports and explain that in the additional section

@ d immigration office today, Someone told me I cud still use my old passport since I'm applying dis month, but I applied for the renewal anyway. So I wud get a new passport 2mao... Explaining in d additional section wud be while i apply online or in my Appendix8 form ??

Assuming NO..& I get a new passport before next week & submit both. Would it carry d old passport' number, cus that's wot i've on my CAS ??
