ohdahphae: All these people saying z3 is better than z10 sef y'all prolly just hate the z10. I saw a z3 today and had a good feel of it and it wasn't as magnificent as y'all are making it. Maybe the battery on the z3 is better but that's about it. The z3 can't possibly be the upgrade of the z10.

Save

Get a computer system with BlackBerry Link installed on it. Plug your phone using USB to the system. The blackberry link should start-up automatically & detect your device. Click on 'Reload Software'.

That should solve the problem.

But if the BlackBerry Link fails to detect your phone, even after you open it yourself. Sis, Your phone is Dead. Just get another.
