Rico came into the house and I think his initial strategy was to be low key. He was the joke cracking side kick. A good friend to have. But I see a new Rico emerging. It's been awhile I have been here. Being so busy and GLO wouldn't let me be great. Trust we are all getting in the festive mode. I have a few words of encouragement and advice for us;

1. Don't give up on God.
Many of us have planned, prayed, trusted, disappointed and started the cycle all over many times this year, but I say not despair. Yes you, I mean you, you are angry at God and everything. You seems to be losing hope, please get up and dust yourself.
2. Give Back
Many times because one prayer isn't answered we think God hasn't been good. please let's look back and be appreciative of His goodness and that should spur us to give. Go to the orphanage this season and put a smile on a child's face. Package some food items and give that needy neighbor. Cook some food and give beggars, homeless etc. The list is endless with what you can do to give back.

3. For those traveling to see family or in-laws, be emotionally, mentally and psychologically prepared. Only you can give the permission to be torn down. Carry your shoulders high like you have no cares in the world and be happy. Please don't travel if you will be carrying pity face around. You might come back worse than you went. Begin to do fun things now, saturate your spirit with God's word through music.

On the other hand, don't let anyone pressure you to do anything. We heard this year of a couple who wanted a child and fell into the hands of crooks. She ended up in serious medical issues than she started. Please take caution. If you say you trust God to give you children, don't go and accept one from the devil because his gifts are never free. Even if they tell you the concoction is from the church or herbal, please be careful.


4. Finally, plan big for 2018. Don't think because you failed to achieve your goals this year you will throw your future plans away. No, never!!
Start that business, learn that trade, go back to school, do that IVF, take that vacation, buy that property, read that book. At all cost, make your life count in 2018. It's just a few days till the year ends, put on your praise garments and see 2018 as a fresh start.

Good morning fruitful mamas ,something strange happened to me last night immediately after bding, this severe pain started like never before, it was just like the hsg test pain( if not even more), I was feeling vein pulling on my entire pelvic region, vaginal, back and anus pulling. I couldn't stand nor move at all up till this morning.
I Dont know if any mama knows what that could be.
N.B :diagnosed with pcos( I have tried metformin &m2tone for over 3months), irregular AF, currently on vitex & folic acid, CD over 80

was it rough? D bding? May be responsible. Any discharge prior to that. I will say watch it . If u notice dat d pain continues it may be a sign of pelvic inflammatory disease. Then u may need to see a gynecologist. All d best sis

After 2 miscarriages and 1 ectopic pregnancy, 4years of waiting. God remembered me just like that.

God has given me a supernatural conception when the doctor said my only option to have my own children is through IVF or adoption bcs my fallopian tubes were really damaged and one tube removed due to the ectopic pregnancy in 2013.

God has showed himself mightly in my life, I am a living proof that God still gives miracle babies. The Lord has broken the curse of barreness in my life.

We are 15weeks already.

God is great, hold on to God words and promises, he will definitely answer everyone.

Miracle still happens.

Thank you for this information, yes she has done hsg severally and the remaining tube is patent and other things okay except the fibroid which she treated herbally, a repeated scan could not pick fibroid any longer but reported a bulky uterus. Based on this she was adviced to repeat the scan but she got weary of the whole thing.

it is better at this stage to go n see a gynecologist. Good enough, they wouldn't be in short supply in ubth . Baby dust to u n ur sis . It will end in praise.amen

Hello great mothers in the house, I'm new here though I've been a silent follower. Please welcome me

These are the issues:

1. My sister lost one of her tubes to ectopic pregnancy and ever since then she's been having difficulty in getting pregnant, after a while, she was diagnosed of fibroid and she started taking some herbal treatments. She went for scan and the fibroid was no longer seen but her uterus was reported to be bulky and no pregnancy still. I am so worried about her because she is in her early 40. I've started psyching her about IVF but the challenge is the monetary constraints and the fact that she is based in the southern part of the country while most of the positive results from general hospitals which she may like to use (cos of cost) are coming from Lagos and Abuja. This is quite saddening.

2. I got married in 2015 and started actively trying the following year to no avail, I went for chekup, did scan and hsg and everything came out fine except dh sfa.He was placed on manix and some other supplement yet nothing still. Never knew getting pregnant could be this difficult!

Plese your info on any public hospital in the southern part offering IVF and any other suggestion on the issues raised will be highly appreciated

it shows thickness and smoothness.

normal sized uterus with AP diameter of 4.56cm.
and length of 9.03cm.

myometrial echoes are uniform except for an
anterior subserosal round mass measuring
4.19cm X 4.20cm.

endometrial thickness is 9.8mm.

both adnexa are free.

pouch of Douglas is empty.

impression: subserosal uterine myoma.

pls will the above result affect my fertility?
I did hsg too but the test was inconclusive I was
told to come and repeat the test again tomorrow
which will be cd12.

hello sis . D hsg will tell a lot about fertility . Y inconclusive? Day 12 should be ok for a repeat. Spotting is quite normal after an hsg procedure. Where are u having the test done . Most big facilities have a consultant radiologist who is not just a technician but a doctor specialised in radiology. He/ she can advice. Where u placed on any course of antibiotics before or after the first procedure . That should fight infection . Are taking d test based on the advice of a gynecologist or at least a doctor . That will definitely reduce the risks involved. All d very best dear sis. Sending baby dust on ur way. Come to the house with good news

Am back to testify of God's goodness who silenced the report of the enemy . after having two biospies done, the 2 reports came back saying it was breast cancer & i was to have my breast cut. but God turned the tide in my favour. am happy to announce that the lump removed has been analyzed and it is not Cancer .Halleluyah ! . Thank u sisters for your prayers and support . I know he able to settle all the other issues of our lives
