Corrupt former public office holders are now traditional rulers all over the country. The former AIG in Lagos, former Custom DG with 300 billion naira EFCC case became Gwang Gwom Jos and now this...over 90% of the traditional rulers fall into this category.
This same man in collaboration with the father of Amala politics stole Oyo state dry until they had a fallout over sharing formula which eventually lead to his illegal impeachment.
After corrupting the Judiciary and politicizing the military and paramilitary agencies, they have totally ruined the traditional institution with dubious characters as traditional rulers and laws that make these traditional rulers glorified boy-boy of state governors who can dethrone and banish you at will.

Since you said you are just starting out, I will assume you have no basic knowledge about how computers work in general, I will say you start with CompTIA A+, it will teach you the very basics - I'm not asking you to do the certification.

Also start learning any 1 or 2 programming languages of your choice - if you want to start with python, you can try angela yu 100 days python challenge it's a good course for beginners.

You also need basic windows & linux administrative knowledge, you can start with installing the OS on a VM then learning basic task like configuring a server, running a cron job ...

Learn Computer Networking and it's use, have an understanding on concepts like IP address, Network Subnetting and calculation, knowing different IP ranges, the OSI and TCP/IP model, Port numbers and their functions.

That is the beginning phase, with the little knowledge you've gained, i believe you will be able to figure which cybersecurity domain you want to focus on then continue from there.

These are just basic stuff anyone just starting out needs to know, there is still pretty much alot you need to learn

Stick to the basics until you get a hang on it...TCP/IP, Linux OS/Linux command line, Python (widely used in InfoSec) /Bash/Powershell etc.

There is a functional cow farm in Ikenne . It is run by some South Africans. All the meat ShopRite sells come from that farm.

The only entry level industry certification in cybersecurity are CompTia security+, CyberOps Associate etc. Just to work as a SOC analyst. (security operator center analyst)
With just a basic knowledge as mentioned by the OP, you may not even pass the CompTia security+ exam. The most funny part is even when you have the certification without hands-on experience, you can never pass SOC role interview.

I am sure op is not into cybersecurity, he is just promoting a programme.

Many companies will employ you without a degree and a certification. With a good portfolio and reputation on BugCrowd, Intigriti or HackerOne is enough to land you a good job with a company as has happened many times.
eJPT from INE is also an entry level certification in Cyber Security, CISCO, Google,GIAC,HTB, THM etc also offer entry level certifications which are recognized worldwide so those you listed are not the only entry level certifications.
