The report clearly stated that someone took the vehicle to that spot to attend Jumaat prayers. There's a huge Mosque opposite AMAC secretariat which is where whoever parked that car went for prayers. If you know that area you will know there are a lot of Hilux vehicles parked within that vicinity belonging to all manner of security agencies because it is just a minute walk from the Defence HQ, Ministry of Defence,FCT fire service, NSCDC and FCT Police area command.
