Stop eating like you were starved while growing up. Calling yourself a foodie is the new craze now. It is not a flex. Most of the things you go to do at the gym, eating less and having calorie deficit will do it. You can be full and give your body what it requires to function optimally without eating every food they offer you for free. You wan go every party because u cant miss the jollof and amala+gbegiri+ewedu. Every hangout u wan go because the fish and chips will be free. Na yourself u dey do, not me. Food scale is very affordable, its not up to the cost of one of your sexy lingerie(which u invest a lot on) to promote your man hunting business. Eat less, Eat right, Walk everyday-if you start with 30mins brisk walking everyday, you will not kpai. This is the reason you see a lot of twenty something year old and teenagers from Nigeria acting useless and without purpose. The fraudsters are now fathers raising kids.
