Gurus in the house i wanted to order a tablet from AE this money... i was chatting with the seller when i was given a rude shock that nigerian customs no longer accept any goods with battery in it. she even gave me a form sent to her from DHL.
I am so sad cos this will be the fifth order this second quarter of the year.
I wanna know if the claim is through... i have sent a mail to DHL though...
I am just curious if anyone else have the same problem

hi, the seller will give you a tracking number after two days of shipment.. yu'll now use the tracking to register for updates on DHL website.. DHL will snd yu mail or sms which eva yu need.
also, dhl will call yu wen yur goods arrive naija.
as for the price of yur tab, it depends on how much profit yu wanna make from it

Chrisvicmall: Since it is a software issue, have you tried resetting it? Sending to us will cost you more money because when we receive it, we will also charge to send to the seller. I would recommend that you send directly to the seller. Collect the seller's address and deliver it to them through EMS. Normally it takes 1-2weeks to reach. DHL might take within a week but it will cost you more
