Exactly, they were illegally sacked and therefore no party executive to host the primaries in kwara. Same as Rivers, any primaries not conducted in resonance with the authentic SWC is null and void!

The primary wasn't nullified. The court only said the national leadership err in suspending the state exco. What is in contention isn't APC primary but APC state exco
