Not fond of Buhari's many medical trip, as I know they are costing Nigeria a fortune, but fact is that no nation in the world would spare monetary expense to secure the health of their number one citizen. I agree with those who argue Nigeria's healthcare must be upgraded so Buhari and others can be treated inexpensively at home but that is not possible now. Yes Buhari must do more per healthcare but will he be allowed to die in Nigeria if better treatment and facilities are to be found abroad? Sad realities we can only hope will get addressed but ,as an example of my argument, no one will see Atiku's hypocrisy (Mr private university, private hospital andd private everything) in his attempt to rebrand himself a friend of ordinary Nigerians.
