It is all the USB ports that are affected not only one. I hav installed the registry file you attached but it's still the same thing, as in no action at all.

The operation software is windows XP professional service pack2, I also have norton antivirus on the system.

The system does not indicate anything bad about the USB port, I mean from driver to conflict and configuration there is no problem. But whenever I insert any USB device the system will not respond to it at all.

I have a pentium M IBM X40 series Laptop, recently the USB port stop responding without any error.
All drivers are installed but whenever I connect any USB device, the system won't perform any action.

Please what can I do? Kindly help me out

@poster, Please don't force your system to take alcohol at all. The effect of alcohol is too bad man.

I am finding it difficult to stop, I have only manage to reduce the intake of it and I thank God for that.

Obua is right by telling you that cyber cafe will not sustain you. You can have cyber cafe as additional biz not main biz in Nigeria. Recently, everyone are trying to get internet in their homes and this makes cyber cafe patronizers to reduce.
