otubobo:That's so they can play those funny tricks they are fond of. |
Is that a statement or a question please? |

Some people just have a way of making simple issues complex. What is wrong if you just say both or just SSSB? Will you drop dead? He just wrote over ten words asking me to refer to a non existing post instead of just answering a simple question with "UBE or SSSB"...Na waaaa oooo |
tutudame:is the N84k for both UBE and SSSB? |
Is the N85k for UBE staff only? dmercy141983: |
Has Zenith Bank "soon" paid? gold360: |
Am I the only one using Union bank Khana LGA yet to receive salary? |
Let's hope the salary delay is for a good reason.#optimism |
patopara:Just finished speaking with the customer care rep. She promised to have her team of I.T personnel look into it. |
mamadumi:
|
mamadumi:I just left the bank now and the crowd there is much. Nothing is working. They sent me a mail some fee minutes ago. |
mamadumi:My dear, every transaction including my salary to my union account since yesterday is still pending. |
So almighty Zenith haven't received? Wahala wear koikoi shoe for bad road!!!! |
MaksLove:Yet to see mine but some of my colleagues have gotten. |
Union bank dey holiday ![]() |
dmercy141983:Omo why u just like negativity? |
loliapoopy2013:The dates will determine if u will be owed arrears or paid from this month or from the date of issuance of these letters. We experienced same with our appointment letters. That letter did not carry the date we started getting our pay, neither was it issued upon payment. Just my thoughts. |
loliapoopy2013:Before u come to a conclusion like this, do u have any idea about the date on the letters? Do you know if it will read April 2023 or September 2023? It is only normal to know that most times, the dates on these letters are usually not concorent with the dates they are issued. |
Resumption, two days after salary. Na so e be now. |
gold360:the N4k deduction is for catfish pepper soup in Government house. |
kingsjeroneyah:We all know this governor doesn't care about people's feelings and he does whatsoever he likes at any given time. As 2023 approaches, don't be surprised if he stops our salaries and decides to use the monthly allocations for elections. I will strongly advice that we brace ourselves up and focus more on any little investment we have besides this job for now. |
Ibekehill42:Chairperson, national union of men, I greet you. You noticed the "rubbish" I wrote, but you didn't notice the rubbish that came out of your head to your fingers. It is good that you know I am a frustrated "boy", since you need me to remind you that if a teacher is emotionally down, he cannot impact knowledge in any way. ASUU as a union embarks on industrial action almost every now and then, making outrageous demands from the federal government, of which some of these demands have been met. Till today, people in Khana LGA are still being owed arrears from Hon. CRA's regime. Including one extra month salary that was denied some schools in this LGA in the name of biometrics. The governor has clearly stated that he will not pay that money. Our hard earned money I mean. We are not asking for N400k monthly pay, all we are asking for is that we be promoted like every other worker. And if from that unreasonable statement you made, you feel that as teachers we do not need money and demanding for one's rights denotes frustration and makes me a "boy", I certainly do not wanna be a "man". Concerning what I teach my students, yes I teach then not to take shit from nobody; that they should always demand for their rights and never let themselves be intimidated by anyone. I teach them never to take sides with cowards, or betray their comrades because they kissing feet or scrubbing balls for crumbs. Good afternoon " MAN". |
Ibekehill42:Sometimes I wish idiots like you were aborted while you were still a foetus. So we work so we can't make money. May you never make money in your miserable life. Since making money is not why you are working. |
econspres24:Oya do giveaway..lol |
jamesbridget13:Unfortunately, I just have to. |
Dear salary. I am so sorry to say this, but I can't depend on you anymore. The fact that you come anytime you like or can decide not to come for the next seven biometric months, is not as scary as the fact that you haven't increased in almost eight years, neither do you last a week taking care of my needs when you eventually decide to come. No vex ooo, but I no do again. Make I go find another hustle...... |
gold360:lol.....this is such a funny excuse. Payment is usually made, eight days after faac meeting and it has been more than nine days. This man Woke is up to something. |
gold360:lol. That was how we stayed calm for two weeks and later seven months, some years back. Don't be surprised if Wike decides to pause payment of salaries, giving the re-verification as his reason. |
Principal may understand, but even if the don't sir, 8-2pm then thereafter, 2 till mama call is usable time. With the current rivers trend, 6-11am for those in senior secondary and as well 11am to mama call for ube, usable time. Anything legal that support, overdependence on this salary is a welcome development sir.[/aquote]U have a point. I remember buying a taxi two years after we started this job. I was paying the bank I got the loan from, 20k every month and the taxi gat me a minimum of 90k every month. Plus what was left of my pay, I still had about N140-150k every month. Seriously, I feel only those who gat no side hustle are over concerned about this job and their salary. U gotta create something,no matter how small outside this job. A poultry in the village with as little as 50 chickens can do a lot to help. I remember seeing people harvesting vegetables (ugwu) in a farm. It seems like nonsense, but my brother when dey finish selling everything for week, u will be amazed that an "ugwu" farmer makes more money than u with ur BSc. or MSc. Funny this is, planting ugwu requires very little stress and little or no attention. Just my suggestion though. |
kingsjeroneyah:Well said. But for this, have you also considered that someone's other source or sources of income may hinder his or her dedication to work? We may not all be good at the same trade you know. Mine may not permit a certain level of dedication to this job. All the same, I pray we all have principals that are understanding enough so we can manage between work and "hustle". I have a colleague who has never been to my school since we started this job. I was forced to teach his subject and mine while he works in the bank and has an understanding with principal. He has grown in the job over the years and he uses a brand new toyota corolla as his official ride. Truth be told, do your best, but don't take this job too serious. |
