Here are some tips that works for me:

1. Where you put your face matters, pillows, bedsheets, even the towels you use to wipe your face counts too. Keep them clean.

2. Do not use harsh chemicals on your face. Face cleansers and other "anti-acne/pimples" soaps and creams actually does more harm than good. I'd rather you stick to herbals, e.g black soap.

3. What you eat too matters, add in fresh fruits every now and then and watch the way you gorge down those fatty foods.

4. Here's one delicious tip! Milk and cucumbers! Mash them up and apply on your face! Wear it like a face mask twice in a week, at night and wash off after an hour or two.

5. Let them pimples be and try focusing less on them. Stop pressing and pinching them! They spread like mad. Once you see a "ripe" spot, use a hot towel on your face. Just soak it in hot water, squeeze and spread it on your face till it cools down. Repeat three times and let your face be.
