Please I need your kind help to confirm if i still need to do ECCTIS for care work visa application if i have IELTS for UKVI already. |
Boss, The poster did not state that he submitted his pr application yesterday. He only affirmed that he went for biometrics today which must have been due to the fact that he has submitted his pr application weeks before now and has just gotten Mep/Bil. In my humble opinion, I will advise he wait till his biometrics get updated and also read previous post/inquiries on this same issue as it has been attended to severally on here. fmsimple: |

Other documents As applicable to their situation, applicants are required to submit the following documents through their online account as part of their e-APR. The system does not let applicants submit their e-APR until documents have been uploaded into the provided fields. In contrast to other documents, however, applications will not be rejected as “incomplete” if the documents listed below are not provided to the proper specification. Applications can, however, be refused if the processing office does not have enough information on file to be satisfied that the applicant meets the requirements of the program to which they are applying. Proof of relationship to a relative in Canada, status of a relative in Canada and residence status of a relative in Canada (including a brother or sister for the purpose of obtaining additional CRS points) Purpose To validate a claim of, and award points associated with, having a relative in Canada who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (for the Federal Skilled Worker Program adaptability points); an adult brother or sister who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident residing in Canada (for additional CRS points). Document requirements This documentation is required if the applicant indicates that they, or their accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a family member in Canada who is a permanent resident or a Canadian citizen. A copy of both sides of the family member's Canadian citizenship document, Canadian birth certificate and/or permanent resident card must be provided. Evidence that the family member currently resides in Canada must be provided (a residential lease, mortgage documents, utility bills, etc.). The documents must show their address in Canada and should be recent (dated within six months prior to submission). Proof of the relationship of the applicant or the accompanying spouse or common-law partner to the family member must also be provided (e.g., a birth certificate, an official document naming the applicant as a relative, a copy of the inside back cover of the relative’s passport showing the relative’s parents’ marriage certificate, legal adoption documents and any other documents that prove or describe the relationship). If the applicant claims a stepbrother or stepsister, there should be no evidence in the application that the marriage or common-law relationship between the parents of the stepbrother or stepsister has broken down. Individuals who must submit this documentation The principal applicant Their spouse or common-law partner Digital photos Purpose To confirm identity Document requirements Digital photos meeting IRCC’s permanent resident card photo specifications (PDF, 614.24KB) must be provided. Good Evening Loving Family, Please I intend to get the Pof from my dad who resides outside the country though he plans to transfer it from his naija acc to mine. Please how do we go about the gift deed in this case. Can he write a letter stating that he is giving me the funds out of compassion as my father and other necessary details, sign and send it to me while I get it notarized here in naija. Or must a lawyer be involved? |

Good Morning loving family, Please I need help on what the duties of an Interbank Arrangement Officer (NOC 1114) are and what similarities it shares with FT roles. It's summary is not captured on the noc site and all my web searches seem not to give a correlating result except for my searches on this forum where some are of the opinion that it is the same thing and others argue that it's how the duties are worded that matters. I am actually at a dilemma on how to get the duties worded accordingly in order to fit into noc 1114. Kindly help. God bless you all. |
