To add my 2 cents for Naija visa (since I know u are not going to Atlanta) u don't need any notary. Eddy sent a sample letter and I signed on behalf of my dh who wasn't anywhere near me

For American passport however u need a notarized letter of consent if your dh won't be there

You can sign it down and take it with you but remember not to date it yet

It's not DS-11 form o! It is DS 3053 form, make sure you get it from state.gov website so that it is the most updated one. It should have yellow bands.

DS-11 form is PASSPORT Application, you can get it at the post office or passport agency

You need consent letter for ALL of them, but for ETC an email will suffice.

I think it's better you pay at gtbank than at the BA office, cos payment at the BA office attracts an extra charge. Their only office I know is at the airport. But I guess they have another one inside lagos.

Please, let him wear what he's comfortable in, it's his confidence and ability to portray his profession that matters, at least as long as he's not just acting out the profession. Though he may prefer to look corporate, the suit depends on him, let him not appear before the VO,looking obviously uncomfortable in a suit he's probably not use to.

Pls, can I pay for my ticket directly to BA office instead of GTB? If yes, any idea of their office address? I have to pay by 2mao.

Even though the bill is usually small, less than $150 most times, der is discount for self pay. I was given $113.50 for mother and child bill but I asked for discount and ended up paying $67.50.
