Meanwhile, you need to be fast in making up your mind for a doctor, get about getting correspondence and getting your visa application in order! You are already 29wks and need to book your appointment early enuf to avoid stories that touch. Try to put in for medical in your application and visit the us visit thread also on Nairaland for guidance on filling your visa form and all visa relating issues. Then calmly settle down and read especially part 1and 2 of dis thread for visa interview preparations and for other guidelines you will need. Reading is very important and cannot be over emphasised. You can come back to the thread to ask questions if you are confused, mamas here are always willing to answer your questions.

Getting from my doc is really a long thing now, not sure it can be ready when the medical report I applied for 6 weeks ago is not yet ready, I'm thinking of just getting it @ port health but will be flying @ 34weeks

It all depends. It's not a must u hv to hv fit to fly from ur Dr as the port health fit to fly is enough to cover u which u can get for 2k at d airport and most airline accept it.that is what I used as my Dr wanted to charge me 10k for mine which I refused

Please, can port health give a fit to fly @ 34 weeks?

Does BA ask for fit to fly @ 34 weeks? And do they accept one from port health?

this is one test I'm not sure of. I know she does it almost routinely.
The same time she does d gbs, she prolly does take samples for it too.

I did pap smear like a year ago in LUTH, is it still acceptable? I av a photocopy of the result.

I took my basic routine ANC tests. I paid 119 for my (pre delivery) test done here

I actually did some routine test, but all in my case file since we paid the hospital directly, they actually took our blood and the result is sent straight to O & G from the lab, will see if I will be allowed to make copies, tanks

Please, do you mean you did all for 9k? Pls which hospital? Iv not done mine and dat 64k is scary o, and at what week can we do it? Is it okay if we do like 2week like traveling date?

I had a 4d scan in Lagos, ikeja to be precise at 12wks, and I was told d sex of my baby, went again @ 20wks for confirmation, and d sex was further confirmed. Pics and recording was also given to me. The price is 5k

Baby can and will still turn, my last baby @ 37+ was head down, only to be discovered breech like 4 days later @ 38+, dont worry, baby is practising gymnastics , especially, if u are not a 1st term mum, plenty space for d baby now , unlike a first timer

A beg help a sister trying to minimise cost as I'm due to leave for Houston in less than 2wks.

Also I rem someone mentioned their Doc didn't give them antibiotics for her CS, hope our Doc E does give d necessary drugs following a CS. I'm trying to mark my checklist which includes OTC drugs to pack along.

Has any mama/papa used West chase creek apartments in 77082 Houston; how secure is it, their amenities and general experience as an expectant/nursing mother.

My people, my sisters, I read just a few pages back, I cried and then I laughed. I'm so happy the midnight prayer session is back.

I identify wt you all, a member of this thread, waited for 3yrs, secondary infertility, built my hope, lost hope, prayed, fasted, lost weight, changed diet, did all I could, all the infertility test, hormonal profile, hsg, mentioned it, I used drugs, egg tracking, had cyst, from regular to non regular period, very scanty period, on and off fibroid, just mention it.

I was here, but at His time, He did it, I missed it, my joy knew no bound, I went for scan, they saw 2, I was excited, iv always wanted twins! The devil struck, one stopped growing, the other was said to have a too small sac, scan queried threatened abortion, with my history of miscarriages I was scared, I was weak, almost could not pray, but God took over, I am now in my third trimester, and I know, that He that started will perfect it.

The essence of my long post is, THIS PHASE WILL SURELY PASS! I was here now I am there, very soon you shall all move to pregnancy thread! He will do it, and I pray that God will make your time to be NOW! Cheer up, be of good courage, it is well.
