@ ayashow, yes A&E is ok, just go there and complain, they wil give you referal, but for you to use Luth, you must be patient, I use it cos of my history wt dem, I had babies and evacuations, even family planning there, so I'm use to there ways. Apart from disappearing files, strikes, seeing diff Dr's each time and time factor, I think Luth is really OK

Please help me. I dont understand my body again o! In summary, was diagnosed with primary infertility due to PCOS (high LH levels). Started 2 cycles of clomid (100mg), but didnt take in. Stopped medications for months, then recently decided to pick up again 2 weeks ago,and clomid and parlodel was prescribed. Been using Parlodel since 2 saturdays ago, but no clomid as AF has gone awol.
On cd 28-29, i had cramps as if AF was on the way, but nothing happened. Was expecting AF on cd 32, had cramps and swollen sore boobs from cd 32 - 35, but no AF. After getting 2 bfns from hpt, i started using parlodel. Did another hpt yesterday and got another bfn.
Tonight, while taking a shower (sorry, here comes tmi), i noticed stretchy creamish with blood streaks discharge, but no AF. Please what does this mean? Is this AF? Can I start clomid tomorrow as my cd 2?
Please help a sister out. So worried and confused....

@ sexy wifey, you are to start clomid on the second day of your full period, not spotting, from your description, you are spotting, who knows, af may not even come, just wait until see full red blood for at least a day before commencing clomid treatment.

@ Juwonesho, do be carefull about Google I beg you, it can help and do the other side too. I'm actually a Google addict, I once had complex cyst, I googled for months and I almost died of fear for ovarian cancer do to my findings on Google, d complex cyst resolved on its own after several months. Just continue bedding and ignore anything negative. No give urself high BP jare!

I'm planning all dis because my hsg result shows an irregular filling on d right side of my cervical canal (previous cesarian scar) I personally guess d swimmers may find this a Lil bit difficult. Hope all d aforementioned won't work against clomid

Please who knows where I can do my folicular tracking? I was in LUTH yesterday with all our results (mine and dh) hsg, hormonal assay, semen analysis etc. The gynea prescribed clomid for me even though I ovulate normally, wen I asked him, he said it's just to help my ovulation, nothing is said about tracking and iv used clomid for 2 cycles b4 wherein it messed up my cycle and I guess gave me a small complex cyst. Now am so scared, do I use the clomid or not?

Iv started my xmas since 21st, was confused on wat to cook for xmas, so iv been trying almost all d. Recipees

To make coconut oil

I go for a dozen coconut, d big strong ones, remove d shell, dice, blend and filtered.

I put in a large bowl with wider top than bottom and leave for 24 hrs. By d 24th hr, the cream wld be at d top and water at d bottom. Gently scrape d cream at d top, and put in anor bowl, pour away d water of course.

U wil notice d oil settling on d cream, leave fo another 12 - 24 hours, and star separating the oil from d cream. Remove some oil, leave wen it starts packing cream, it wil settle more, go back after a few hours and remove more oil til there is non left!

Sorry it's comming late, but iv been so busy trying to give my guest (kids) treats, it's better now, cos I av some younger cousin around and wt I more kid. Dont envy me o, satisfying and settling fight between 9 kids no be joke.

My dear dreams, I want to say a big tank you for dis fertility diet, amongst others, I learnt and enjoy d followings

1. I now have varieties of food to choose from, I can dazzle dh wt food

2.i now eat healthy food

3. Smoothie, fruit and veggie is now a must daily in my house

4. I eat enuf food ( not starving) and loose gradual weight without looking hagard

5. Most of d food I used to love (cake, fried plantain, fried chips etc) no longer appeal to me, I ll rather eat banana muffin dn eat cake, boil my unripe plantain(i hated it en) than fry my ripe soft plantain, drink my smoothie dn lick ice cream, buy boli(roasted plantain) while in traffic dn buy gala and soft drink
etc

6. Dh BP has normalised, he was on d verge of being hypertensive, he was giving d option of drug or lifestyle changes, we chose lifestyle changes and his doctor in Luth is so impressed he's using him as a case study, his BP is normal now to God's glory tru exercise and healthy eating

7. I usually toilet like twice a week but I toilet every morning now

8. It has shifted my obsession wt ttc and has given me a new thing to direct my energy on, it gives me great joy to cook for my dh's health improvement.

9. I am now spreading the good healthy eating news and it's helping others (I give recipes to neighbors)

10. Just dis money, dh gave me a 50 percent increase in my house maintainance allowance

11. As far as I'm concerned dis is d beggining of dis thread
