Religion / What Do I Do In The Midst Of Pain And Sorrow? - Esther Bliss Blog by twizkerbliz(f): 11:08am On Dec 21, 2016
In the midst of my sorrow, I will praise the Lord,

In the midst of my confusion, I will yet praise the Lord,

In the midst of my battles, I will yet again praise the Lord.

I am not where I want to be but I am not where I used to be.

I have a wonderful family and I get wonderful affection and bond with them.

My family do not lack in any form. We do not borrow nor beg for bread.

Since the death of my dad, God has continually provided and have not allowed us go to bed without providing at least a pack of indomie and bread.

Father, You remember those days I ask you “How a Father does allow his family to go to bed hungry? Well, you have always responded. You are indeed a Father!

Thank you Lord.

I am grateful for my life. I am grateful for my family. I am grateful for the awesome people around me. I am grateful for the lessons you have taught me through hurts from friends and family.

I am sincerely grateful.

Each day, your gentleness and wisdom teaches me to prosper and to grow. I do not take this for granted!

On the road, you guard me, while I sleep, you watch over me. It is a rare privilege and I am thankful you found me when you did.

I walk in absolute liberty, enjoying the grace of God upon me.

Romance / I Just Rediscovered A New Love Making Style - Esther Bliss Blog by twizkerbliz(f): 3:44pm On Dec 16, 2016
Aside the many ways I enjoy myself, romancing my pen has become the new style joined to the many other styles thanks to M’s Lady.

Many years ago, I started writing and I wanted my works to be published badly. One of those days, my path crossed with Ore Olunloye, the author of Quantitative and Verbal Reasoning.

I shared my interest and she was kind enough to introduce me to one of the biggest publishers in Lagos if not Nigeria.

By the time I shared my materials with them, I got the words that literally destroyed every atom of love I had for writing. I ended up throwing away some of them and since then, I lost confidence in writing, speaking to people.

I stopped writing completely. I kept reading, I kept investing in personal development but that aspect of me that likes writing or speaking to people died.

Hahahahahaha, you were waiting for me to talk about sex abi? God have catched you.

So you don’t know there are several ways you “make love” without going fleshy

Oya, kneel down let us pray and sanctify your kworupt mind.

One of the ways I’m learning to get back on my feet now is by scribbling, writing jargons, writing just about anything. Writing this material right now!

What have people told you that you cannot do in the past? What are the things you really wanted to do in the past but people bad mouthed you and till date, you just cannot do it?

Have you observed that often times, people talk you out of something not because it is bad for you but because they do not have the capacity to do that same thing?

Who are you listening to?

Do you want to talk to someone about it? Someone who would not judge or laugh at you?

Phone/Internet Market / I Died Last Week by twizkerbliz(f): 10:28am On Dec 16, 2016
I was somewhere at Lekki, I was stuck in the traffic and needed to call home to tell my husband to help me pick up the kids from school.

I called his line for the 10th time and his line was switched off. So many thoughts ran through my mind. What could he be doing? What is happening to him? Could something bad have happened to him?

The man I’m married to in the last 10 years, would not intentionally switch off his phone. Now, I have drifted from worrying about my kids to worrying about my husband.

What do I do? It is not possible to get home before 9pm today considering the level of traffic on this road. Dead worried, I almost bumped into the next car in front of me.

An hour later, I was still thinking of what to do, then, it clicked! My neighbour! While I was driving out two weeks ago, she made mention of her husband buying a desktop phone for the home to enable them access the kids and home staffs when they are not home.

I found that a bit unnecessary but right now, everything seems necessary because my kids are not going to spend the night in the school environment. Not that I do not trust the school authority but you know we mothers na.

I scrolled through my phone, boom! I saw the number, I had reluctantly saved it that day because my kids also play a lot with my neighbour's kids, who knows? I might need it soon.

I called my neighbour’s home line and her eldest son picked the call. Frank, is your mummy home? He answered, yes, we just came back from school. Daniella and Donald are here too.

I took a deep breath and spoke more gently this time, could you pass the phone to Daniella? Woow... you can’t imagine the excitement I felt speaking to my daughter and hearing my son’s voice at the background.

My neighbour had helped me pick the kids up when she observed I hadn’t come for them after 5pm which was unusual. I felt like kissing her all over on the phone.

For my husband, he had a flat battery, he left the phone in the living room and went to the bedroom to sleep after a two weeks stretch work with less sleep.

You know, I don’t have to be told anymore before I know what to do! We are getting table phones for the family.

Imose Landline did the magic! We make conference calls with it and the battery lasts up to 10 days! And the best part is, it has omni-directional signal meaning, it can detect signal and work perfectly well even in the weakest signal area. We are cool with the 13 months warranty.

Smartphones are great but if you do not want to experience heart attack like I almost did, get quality and reliable desktop phones to do the magic.

Prevention is better than cure.

Travel / Key Lesson From My Trip To Jos - Esther Bliss Blog by twizkerbliz(f): 5:45pm On Dec 15, 2016
When I was informed that the NLP class was moved to Abuja instead of Jos, I could not help but feel sad.

I remembered Tony Robbins teaching on intentionality of the moment and I was like, this guy is talking himself. I mean, how do I see the good in this?

I called up Coach Sam Sameko and he also told me to see the good in it. Hahahahaha, honestly, I wasn’t ready for all these seeing good in it. I was already imagining how I’m going to spend a whole week in Jos completely bored.

Sensing my mood, Coach Sam thought it best to speak with me in the morning when I would have “calmed down”

Great, he called in the afternoon! I sat down at the eatery jejely on my own and I saw him walk in with Mr Walter Samuel. OMG! He was one of the trainers I enjoyed his session at PUSH. As if that was not enough, he gifted me kwulikwuli which later became my night companion. Lols because I chew it every night before I go to bed. He is an amazing man. He introduced me to some powerful persons including Manny and Daniel who are into bead-making and shoe-making respectively. Now,
I don’t have a choice to be “useless”in and outside Jos.

The next few days was spent with this awesome young man Solomon David. He practically made my stay an exciting one. We went for fruits and Anya shopping. He taught me to eat locusts, can you imagine?

He bombarded me with so many e-books, audios and videos of great teachings from coaches in different fields. Now, those are resource materials I could have actually paid lot of money to get.

King Solomon, my official lover for years to come, thank you and much kisses.

Mr Jeremiah is another awesome being I met. Sitting down and talking about lot of things in his office, ranging from NLP expectations to our likeness for agriculture was great. I got to meet two of his dogs for sale. Contact him for the best dog species.

Finally, on Saturday, I had an aaha moment with this yet amazing woman. She is Sunni Mallo. We were to meet over a business proposal, but then, we ended up spending over 3 hours! Can you believe that?

Shebi, if it were to be Lagos now, business places won’t be closing before 8pm? * Eyes Rolling*

Well, I won’t share our gist because I am yet to recover from it. Infact, I do not wish to recover from
it.

In the last 11 months, I have been to about 10 states and Jos trip stood out for me. Jos Trip turned out to be my best trip of the year. I was unlearning and learning.

I also spent time at my friend’s poultry. He started out with 5,000 birds. He gets nothing less than 90 crates of eggs per day as at today. That’s a heavy package.

By February 2017, our farm will kick off officially. To all naturalista, nutritionista, organicsta, Watch out for fresh vegetables, eggs, chicken, fish and plantain.

At the beginning, I only imagined, wished and desired these awesome people around me.

At the end of the day, all things really do happen for good!

Business / Contd: 10 Profitable Businesses You Can Start From Your Room - Esther Bliss Blog by twizkerbliz(f): 7:36pm On Dec 09, 2016
In continuation of our discussion on the profitable businesses you can start from home, here are a few more you can add on the list. Now, don't just add them on the list, start working and implementing them.

6). Makeup Artist:

Professional Makeup artistry feels almost like a talent. There’s a reason many ladies are not able to offer the same level of professionalism experienced makeup artists do.

If you have a flare for experimenting with beauty products, you can attend a professional makeup course to hone your skills to perfection, then offer your makeup services, especially for bridal or wedding makeup.

By positioning your self as a professional makeup artist, you can have people inviting you to their homes, offices, and more, to make them up for various occasions and events for a fee. It is even more lucrative if you’re a well known bridal makeup artist, since the pay is usually high.

7). Custard & Pap Production:

The demand for pap and custard in Nigeria is extremely high. A lot of people prepare weekend meals with pap, which is mostly bought from hawkers or people selling baked beans.

You can start a home based business that produces pap or custard, repackage them, and distribute to super markets, stores, and even other traders.

cool. Graphic Design:

Graphic design is one creative business that doesn’t require the founder to leave their home. This home based business is usually just executed from the designer’s computer, then forwarded to the clients via email.

If you have great Adobe photoshop, illustrators, and general computer graphic design skills, you can start up a design agency.

First ensure your online graphic design portfolio is appealing, then you can promote your work and services on graphic forums, partner with web designers, and a lot more.

9). Social Media Marketing:

Any creative individual with a high social media following and engagement rate, can start a social media marketing agency. Your social activity shows to a great extent that you have the ability to consistently follow up a brand’s activity and in the process, build a strong social image for your clients.

Social media marketing is one great home based business you can start from your room. What you need is a rich social media presence and a creative team that can come up with a remarkable social media strategy for any client you take on.

With these in place, you can reachout to a lot of prospects via phone conversations, talk to them about how your team can effectively improve their social media promotion strategy, show them links to some of your works, and offer them a short free trial of your services.

10). Plantain And Potato Chips Production:

Plantain and potato chips are staple snacks that a lot of Nigerians consume on a daily basis. Plantain chips especially, is one of the most demanded snacks, with a high purchase rate occurring in traffic jams.

You could fry these chips, package them in bulk, then send them out to distributors who would sell them directly to motorists, via vendor stands, supermarkets, and a lot more.

This is one home based business that a lot of people have failed to exploit.

Whichever you have flair for, start and continue doing it. Your first days, weeks, months might not yield the sort of money you want but at the long run, you will get the peace of mind you so desire.

Business / Profitable Businesses You Can Start From Your Room - Esther Bliss Blog by twizkerbliz(f): 7:20pm On Dec 08, 2016
Starting a business in the past for any purpose usually involved renting a large office space, hiring a decent number of staffs, paying for unnecessary regulatory proceedings, and a lot more. Irrespective of whether the businesses started were going to be profitable or not, people had to go through these for anyone to take them serious at all, and not tag them as con-men.

While these fund-wasting processes occurred a lot in the past, it is now increasingly getting easier and more profitable to start a home based business than ever before.

People are now more trusting of what they pay for, even if they haven’t seen the individual or product. They believe that they’ll always get their money’s worth, and that it’s easier and cheaper to deal with businesses that can provide efficient services irrespective of their office locations.

If you’re thinking of starting a home based business but can’t seem to come around picking a great idea, here are profitable home based businesses you can start from your room:

1). Laundry Services:

A laundry service can be started on a small scale from your home. Since a lot of people don’t have the time to do their laundry; especially men, who are largely outrightly lazy when the laundry talk gets started, the opportunities the service provides remains vast.

You can start off in your neighbourhood by letting people know you run a private drop-off laundry service. To make your offer more appealing, you could make your dry cleaning prices cheaper than other dry cleaners in the neighbourhood, so you can quickly take a good part of the market.

2). Photography:

Photography is one profession you don’t entirely need to start up from a studio. The freelance photography industry is so large that a lot of individuals especially students are playing a major role in it.

Some of these photographers are into food photography, newborn photography, wedding photography, family photography, landscape photography, and a lot more, but promote their service through their photography blogs, showing the quality of work they’re capable of.

While some of these aspects of photography may at some point require you own a standard photography studio, some professional photographers don’t, but rather take public stock photos for sale on stock photography websites.

For every time someone buys a photo they uploaded, they get paid. Their sales could also grow to as high as $1,000 to $5,000 a month, depending on the quality of the photos, the emotional connection people have to it, and how it meets a lot of buyers needs.

Some stock photography sites to sell your photos are DepositPhotos, DreamsTime, Shutterstock, and several others.

3). Transport Management:

People venturing into the transport leasing business always experience a lot of problems tracking their drivers, ensuring they pay up on a regular basis, and holding them accountable for actions they take that can be detrimental to the vehicles or motorcycles they’re using.

You can take this stress off these car owners by running a transport management business. Here, you’ll not only hire better riders and drivers for your clients, but you’d also manage them, ensure your client deliverables are always on time, and also offer a transportation management system for them to monitor their vehicles through.

The client ultimately pays per vehicle managed, and if you can manage 100 different vehicles a month, at say, 10,000 Naira monthly, you can earn 1,000,000 Naira recurrently every month.

4). Event Planning:

The event planning industry in Nigeria is an extremely large one. Every day, an event is happening somewhere in the country with a sizeable number of people present. To setup and execute a standard event usually takes a lot to achieve, and so, people tend to require the services of an experienced event planner (or party planner) with a good track record.

You can venture into this industry by playing a vital role in corporate event planning, wedding event planning, and several other key event planning categories.

5). On-Demand Food Delivery Service:

The food delivery industry in Nigeria, although new, has kicked off to a great extent. While many are focusing on delivering items ordered from various restaurants, a void has been left in the corporate on-demand food delivery sector.

What largely happens here is instead of people having to head out for lunch on a daily basis, you could offer your services to various companies telling them you can always deliver their lunch packs straight to them every day at a stipulated time.

To make this service worthwhile, you’d have to offer rich meals that are far better and cheaper than what is sold in fast-food restaurants, and ensure you always deliver on time, every time.

For every satisfied organisation, you move on to the next and the next, till you have a wide network of companies you deliver luncheons to everyday.

A local food delivery service is one home based business that can be done without renting a standard office space.

Check in again to get the full list tomorrow.

Career / This Is My Passion, Then What - Esther Bliss Blog by twizkerbliz(f): 12:31am On Jun 30, 2016
There is nothing as common as passionate but confused individuals,They are as common as the air we breath.

One of the ways to lead a productive and fun filled life is to do what you love doing and profit from it.

A lot of young mind suffer frustration after identifying their passion and lack understanding of what to do with it.

Passion is not just an emotional obsession,it must be channeled to solve a problem.

There is some thing you enjoy doing, a pattern of life you are attracted to.

It is true that understanding your passion help you fulfill your dream. You want to get more fulfillment out of it!!

Consider this closely;

1: Seek to be CLARIFIED; This is the most challenging stage of handling ones passion. Aside being emotional about your passion, you must seek to be clarified.

Know exactly what you want to use it for. This phase maybe difficult for the multi-talented individuals.
For example, you might be passionate about writing or speaking, You can get clarified by taking note of Your Core Message,What exactly do you want to speak about, what legacy do you want to lay,who are your targeted audiences.

Lack of clarity, makes individuals startled when asked questions like:"what do you do? "

Clarity solves the problem of what you want to do,How you want to do it,what you wish to achieve(Short/Long term).

You can gain clarity by hiring a coach(A clarity coach), Deep introspection and investing in knowledge.

2. Seek to be Heard of (Your Platform)/Solve a problem;

A Great Man I admire so much,Coach Sam Semako once said " If you are NOT SEEN ,HEARD OF or TALKED ABOUT, Two things are Possible.. You don't EXIST or you are not RELEVANT"
Whatever it is that you want to offer, you have to start from somewhere.

Your platform can be a likened to a stage where you covey the message you've got. You have got to create a platform for yourself.. Waiting for a platform from someone may lead to Frustration.
To profit(financially and otherwise) from your passion you must be able to create a system /Platform.

You can do this by leveraging on technology. You don't need to get across to a TV correspondent in other to deliver your message.

PS; This (Creating Your platform)will be dealt with in details later.

3. Have a Vision/Goals

You must start with the end in mind.
As a passionate singer or writer are you working on your vision (If you have one) or you're just busying around with someone you consider a role model.

As you admire great people that have excelled in your area of passion,Have your own vision..

You must have a clear picture of what you want to achieve over time, this keep you focused.

Visionaries own the future. Without vision we live in imagination and fantasies.

After you have clearly stated all you wish to achieve over a period of time. You set realistic goals (Long or short term) and work relentlessly towards them.

4. Learn the Art of persistence; A lot of individuals are cool with the three points above but get overwhelmed easily. Here is it;

There is time to plant and harvest.

Don't be in a hurry to take the fastlane.

You must understand times and season.

The farmer wait as he waters and removes weeds so that his labor won't be in vain.

Identify your passion and do something about it IF not you are headed for Depression.

Live intentional!!

The battery capacity of their products are a total fraud.

Oga, always do proper research before making assertions on social media. If Fashola had known, he would not have condemned a previous government that didnt ensure constant light for the masses. An average Android phone battery starts from 1500mAh to 3000mAh. Anyone higher than that is usually substituted for Power Bank. Imose Kampe with 10,000 mAh is not just a phone but also serves as POWER BANK. Moreso, if you had a bad experience using the product, why not contact their service centre all over Nigeria. It could just be a minor issue.

ps3o:

my current phone has 4950mAH battery capacity running lollipop Os with 13Mp back camera 5mp, front camera

prices vary based on brands. A lot of brands sell lower specs at higher price. With the current economic changes, prices won't be the same as at December. Also consider Durability and After-Sale Services of brands.

Have you been in a situtation where you buy a phone for less than N30,000 and repairs broken touch or screen for N15,000? For a Pro smartphone user, there is a lot more they consider when making a choice of phones.
