Based on what will Alex be jealous of Nina. There isn't anything special about her, atleast, to the HMs. It would have been a different scenario, if Alex has gone out to the outside world and saw that Nina is quite popular

Recollect that Alex was gumming to Leo and prided herself as Leo's girl in the house. Leo is gone. Miracle is still in that house and Nina still has a man to at least show her some love and cuddle at night.

God forgive me but Alex is not really a good person. Teddy liked that girl somehow but when I listened to her give detailed gist of what happens in the bathroom between teddy and Bam after they were evicted. It just clicked. Alex is a terrible person.
