I guess you should try take your mind off it cos anxiety delays it too or better still to be sure maybe you go for blood test cos pregnant strip test has failed me in early pregnancy oh.

To take my mind of isn't easy o! Today is 23rd already and am poor with keeping tabs on my peepee dates.

The way am feeling isn't godly at all and am suspecting myself by myself.....

I have been religious with my contraceptives but this feverish conditions no funny. I treated malaria last month and I saw my peepee but this month I no even kpekus & peepee never show plus have not been feeling myself for days now.

For God's sake Mofe is just 8months and I never get body/money/emotions for another journey I tell papa Mofe say I no wan play but e do pity face I come gree now see wahala.

Besides is this pregnant strip test effective? Or make I just go do blood test

Meanwhile....I have buried my mum (sigh of relief). It wasn't an easy task (Bin senior is a trap) but thank God for his mercies all through the preparations and the D-day. There was fair weather, no rancor, no confusion, no misunderstanding and best of all it was debt-free. Mama is resting peacefully and we have wonderful memories to hold on to.


Darling Mofe (a.k.a Mr President) is 8months today (I can't berrivit...my little baby is all grown). The boy is mine He is strong and hitting beyond his milestones #ProudMumHere. E be like say I go tell papa Mofe to send me on another missionary journey.... I miss bin pregnant and the pecks that comes with it.

Sorry about this, it could be nerve or tissue damage caused during the operation! Most doctors will tell you to bare it, some will even say you are making it up ( that's why its sometimes referred to as "phantom pain" ) there's nothing you can do per se as it comes and goes.I still feel intermittent pains at my site but you all know mine was more complex! My doctor gave me diclophenac to deal with the pain. They can't open you up again to correct it so you just have to live with it and try to avoid sharp sudden movement or lifting heavy things. Hopefully it will correct itself in the near future! Sorry once again for the discomfort.

Am so guilty of "sharp & sudden" movements. I will still see a doctor again for another opinion. Thanks sis.

Sorry for yelling but that is the severity of what you described, unless you have a low pain threshold...

The pains that radiates around the scar site are ghost, not painful, just a slight feeling of discomfort & occasional "peppery" sensation if skin rubs on skin... any kind of major pain is not normal.... seek an experienced gynae's opinion.

Also check for appendicitis and adhesion of any kind.

It's okay to yell .... It is absolutely not normal & I can say my threshold for pain is not low.

Skin does rub skin there especially when sitting down....Can that be enough for this discomfort?

@tyconcepts, pls visit your hospital again if the pain is unbearable. Ir they don't give you a satisfactory response, seek a second opinion. I had CS 3 years ago and I resumed work 2 months after, perfectly ok. Since then I haven't felt any pain on the incision site or around it. Layers of skin are cut and stitched back during the procedure, so one may not see anything on the outside layer, please seek medical help to be sure everything is ok. Sorry about the pain, maybe you can try paracetamol to ease the pain.

First & second opinion found nothing to worry about after checking & scans. That's why am worried. PCM doesn't ease it.

It's Urgent Please

I had my guy (Mofe) in October 2015 via CS....I adhered to all instructions given by my doctor in respect to treating the operation cite, the cite closed up neatly within 6wks and all was well save for minor pains around the cite which I thought would go with time....Fast forward to March 2016, I started feeling sharp pains around the cite but no opening of any kind when I checked, I ran to the hospital and was sent to do a pelvic scan, result showed nothing to worry about, doctor said I should relax....The pain is back again and this time very unbearable. I feel pepperish kind of sensation around the cite like my insides is ripping open yet no visible tear on the outside..


Am confused and scared.....Anyone with a similar experience should please help me. I can't afford to break down now.

After battling with breast cancer for a year ++....My mum, my mentor, pillar, accomplice, solicitor, my paddy, my gossip partner, my plenty-things-rolled-in-one finally passed on in the wee hours of yesterday.


She clocked 55years on the 24-04-2016.

My feelings are mixed.....I can't explain them....Can't even cry. Senior daughter with a nonchalant elder brother and two younger ones in higher institution who has always seen me as a mini-mum and here I am not even sure of how to be a mum.
