construction started in late 2018/early 19, they expect to finish it in 3years until covid happened and they stopped work. Our national assembly still called them out.

How can they stop construction because of covid-19 that is when construction should hit top gear because of minimal disturbance
But according to the progress I don't think the highway will be completed in 3 years

The naivasha-nakuru highway is a mega project. 8lanes 175km road can only be found in South Africa and Egypt. The last time I string a debate with a Nigerian on the matter you had 10m lane as the widest road in Nigeria while Kenya had 12lanes.
And I just found out the 10lane Abuja road you're claiming is not under construction.

I think Algeria has the longest expressway in Africa about 1000km iam not sure
