Hosting AFCON have a lot of advantages.
Aside building stadiums,
It helps the nation to improve on their
--Health facilities
--Improve the Hospitality sector
--Improve on your transportation sector
--Improve sanitation cos you would want
foreignerss to see too much dirt's around
--You sell your country to the world
-- Local sellers will have good sales
--You can use those facilities to host other tournaments in future.

We did hold a major international athletic competition back then remember that it involved the whole world
