I'm afraid we don't have such "dedicated" hangouts. Most young and single christians meet in church/church programs- especially concerts. There are a few great general hangout spots here in lagos like: The Palms Mall, Ikeja mall and Silverbird galleria.

As for safety, Lagos is generally safe.
