nateevs: Go to the Fantasypremierleague.com and sign up to create a team. Everyone has £100m to buy 15 players - 2 goalies, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 attackers. This is a strict mix and you cannot change it. You choose this mix of players from many of all 20 PL teams. You cannot choose more than 3 players from the same PL team, so your knowledge of the league is paramount.

You select 11 players of the 15 to play. The idea is to accrue points every match day your players play in - i.e. the real match day. For instance, Arsenal vs Crystal Palace are due to play on the weekend and Giroud scores a goal for Arsenal. If Giroud is one of the 15 you bought, then Giroud makes points for you for scoring a goal. And so do other players you choose in your 15, as long they feature on the match day. The full list of eligible points per player is available on the FPL website.


Every week you make more points with the players you buy. Be careful with the 15 you choose as you can only make ONE change to your team every week. So you can't change your whole team unless you play a wild card.
