May be you got a faulty one.. I have been using this phone since the beginning of February but no such thing has ever happened..

It should be a fault from the LEAGOO company. I have seen a few people with the same problem.
BTW, they have carlcare centres in Ikeja, Lekki, Port Harcourt, and Abuja or so, all newly opened.

You can do your research, and visit them.

I subtly got my balls back, painted it blue, then I tuned this muuuuuuusic.

I bought a Leagoo Kiicaa Power around April ending from Jumia for 20k, thereabout. I was cool with till just about two weeks to when I got it.
It started having screen problem, the stem looks dull and it keeps shaking like something is not being properly fixed.
It didn't fall, the screen just started doing all kinds of ish.

Again, I saw someone who had the same problem with the phone, as well.

My kiicaa power arrived on thursday and so far so good, its worth the price tho...the display is awesome, the sound is great, the selfie cam is a little shaky but takes great selfies..the back camera is not so bad and the photo size ranges from 750kb to 1.5MB, the earphone output is loud, the flashlight is not too bright, the phone hangs alot, mostly whenever i turn on data on 3g, the silicone case was not made with fingerprint in mind, the fingerprint size is not so big compared to other phones but its manageable and not so bad to me, the battery which is a removable 4000mah battery seems to me like a non removable 3000mah battery i.e like the camon c8, my split screem feature doesnt work, the battery charges slowly i.e atleast 3hrs...this is all i can remember for now

The battery to me, seems okay, compared to my friends who use 3000mAH batteries. The method of activating the split screen is also quite different from what I've been used to with other devices running on Android 7. I'll assume you're yet to get the method

How come it does some of the features of Android 7. Why is it stated in the phone as Android 7.
Reading back on this thread someone once talked about using the split screen perfectly.
