ok. I think low voltage reduces the efficiency of a capacitor, resulting in low speed of the fan. I'm experiencing that in my new apartment. The transformer got bad and we began having low voltage for like 6 months now. At the start of that period, if I put on my gen, the fan blazes. But now, it has been poor even with the gen on.

Do you think a change would work out here?

It happened to me. Like my blood line today is married to a guy that chyked me for years.
This my blood line knows that this guy tried to date me. As in he kept coming to our house look for me for months. My mum and all my siblings knew him very well. Shame and Pride. You would agree there are times you're low in life and keep to yourself, managing your status and profile without disturbing anyone. All of a sudden, in your management, someone who knew your capability just pops up with an unexpected request. Sometimes the reason for silence may be the person was trying to raise the funds which didn't fall through. We are all struggling in one way or another.

He was d only one I had to run to. he promised to call me back, but after 2 days he never did, he also refused to pick my calls. I knew how hunger handled my life dat period but I was most broken because of d fact that someone I called a brother could turn his back on me so easily
that experience alone made me learn never to depend on anyone.

fast forward to some years later, he contacted me pretending he didn't know wat happened, I poured everything to his face, forgave him and moved on

do you know what he himself was passing through? The fact you see people in fancy, doesn't mean their pocket is sooo rich.

There's also opportunity cost, market corrections, recession and so on. Your little calculator does not account for the 2008-2010 recession, the dot com bust, the 9/11 attacks and so on. To put it simply, we are talking about FUTURE VALUE OF MONEY. The result is a value much closer to a million. Inflation does not tell the complete story because it is one dimensional, house prices, food prices, labor all these things don't always rely on iinflation.

so all through, you're taking into account just contractions of the American economy. Why don't you factor in the boom also. Like I said earlier on, if the US dollar suffers that high rate of inflation, America would not be the economic fortress it is. The factors such as opportunity cost and co you listed have no business with currency stability.

Ultimately we are still talking about purchasing power, 100k dollars in 1994 gave you the purchasing power of about a million today regardless of geolocation. Whether it is properties, food items or services, yes inflation is a huge factor so are opportunity costs and the global market. The dollar is stong but it is no match for these factors which are constantly present in every country.

My point is, if the dollar had such a high rate of inflation, it wouldn't be precious as a world currency.
