With all due respect....
You seem to be laboring under a comprehension deficit.

If only stated "in the article" but NOT in the headline...
Exactly how by definition does the headline match the article? SMH
>
with your grammer, I'm convinced that you know what a headline is. I just guess from this highlighted comment of yours, that you've come to terms with your goof, but just beating around to save face.

If you go through your first response and compare with this quoted, you would agree that you're beating around in confusion.

To spare all these, can you suggest an appropriate headline to fit the article?

you are making a mistake. Henekien owns 55.9% of Nigeria breweries.

This year they reported reported a profit after tax of N16 billion(41,077,249.60 usd) from revenue of about N323 billion(829,246,976.30 usd)

This shows there is lot of cost in running a business here in Nigeria

If I break down those figures for you, you would see that those figures are not as you assume them. I dont want to go for a debate here.

My in law who did his masters in Germany told me salaries of graduates are scaled at a minimum thresh hold you can't go below. Why? The economy needs the tax on those salaries. If you were a guy, you would see through the current wage cuts drama affecting premier league clubs in England. If you've been applying for foreign jobs in europe and US, the salary is usually stated or pointed in line with their laws and the minimum I've seen is $31,000 for graduate jobs.

No I wasn't abov 30, I was just 26yrs and No, I didn't have a child. I didn't comment on this post because I wanted to gain sympathy from anyone but because I wanted everyone out there to never let their hearts to control their head. I finally had the courage to post this and most of my friends don't even know I'm out of marriage. This happened a year ago and I've moved on, I'm now stronger, wiser, I hustle legit and I'm glad things are falling back in place. I didn't lose, he lost tongue
I hope you're actually wiser, cos I'm sure there were decent young men coming for you then.

Ok. I haven't fallen in love before, so, I can't understand that and a woman's psychology in such state.

they are not exploiting they are paying according to living standards and local salary rates

for example: you dont expect heineken to pay 33k euros equivalent to entry staff in Nigeria when they arent making lot of money here, if they have to pay that to every entry staff in Nigeria, they will close shop.

who told you they don't make money here. No need to adjust my statement, I'm well versed in my claim. But the same entry staffs from heineken are working in Nigeria, under Nigerian breweries.

yes, I gave him a son, he got a place and moved in with another woman while I was with his parents. Didn't know about it until when he was posted to Abuja and we had to join him, that was when I knew he still got a house there in Abuja and moved in with same lady, while I was hustling for money to give to him to rent at least a room for us... everything came out in the open anyway and I had to come back to my parents. He got married to the lady few months after I left and she put to birth around Nov. My worse mistake
your worse/worst mistake is that you left a philandering and habitual cheat, whose heart was with someone else while you were co-habiting with his parents?

i meant multinationals will pay the local rate salaries level

for instance, unilevel might pay a staff 15,000 pounds a year in the UK but will pay a local staff of the same grade and qualification half of that salary.

reason is that they pay according to the revenue they make in that given country.
not even according to revenue. They exploit labour security loop holes to do that. That's why heineken would pay €33k per annum as basic for their entry staff while Nigerian Breweries, owned by heineken would average around 2 million naira per year.

How do you mean?

Local rate reach #100 000 or you mean local currency?
he said local rate and he's right. MOST, pay as others in the same field within the country. Don't bother disputing that.

You do understand the difference between a HEADLINE and the body of a story, don’t you?
Frankly befuddled that people cannot understand there’s a reason for SPECIFYING the headline.

The headline does NOT match the body of the story and is thus “a tad misleading”.
Those third-party staff may work at Access Bank branches, but they are NOT Access staff.

If British Airways fires its staff working at the airport, it’s not the Airport Authority’s staff.
Realize that many Nigerians love to major in the minor, but abegi let’s not belabor any obvious error.
>
not need for confusion ignited by you. They're are not access bank staffs but they're part of their workforce, which is clearly stated by the bank in the article.
And, to further clarify; the article clearly states that the bank is doing away with 75 percent of its workforce, MOST OF whom are outsourced.
That settles it. I see not even a TAD in the MISLEADING.

That’s a DIFFERENT matter...
He specifically referred to a “second” matter - the cutting of ‘professional costs’.
>
you said the headline is MISLEADING, prompting the question from me.

BTW, for your analysis earlier, I think you need to re-read the post journal.
It said the bank would retrench 75% of its work force, MOST OF whom are outsourced.

It's self explanatory.

Crime / Re: Help!!! Bank Fraud Alert by ubcandid(m): 9:41pm On May 02, 2020
Most times, the problem with fraud issues in the country lies in the inability of corporate organisations to make use of professional customised identity and communication tools.

I have seen top tier firms using google forms, yahoo and gmail, normal GSM numbers e.t.c
All these make it hard to verify on authenticity.
The latest trend I've noticed on facebook is personal staff accounts are being used to respond to customers complaints on first bank's page.

We have a long way to go.

The OP is ignorant. Copying laws, verbatim or not, and domesticating same is an international best practice.

Majority of the laws in Nigeria and other climes were copied and domesticated to reflect national peculiarities.
I was having a discussion with a couple of lawyer friends over this, they made me understand that not citing/referencing the source is the crime.

I shared same thought as you because I've known the country's constitution was copied from the US and British.
