its not surprising that most Nigerians have lost regards for the medical profession when it comes to serious ailments affecting them. I guess the OP has seen doctor's but their modus operandi and stubbornness most times can be a pain. OP I would suggest you go to a teaching hospital for proper testing and diagnosis.

I had a similar problem before and I would advise you not to buy any herbal drug from anyone or go for any over the counter/self medication. I was lucky to visit a teaching hospital on time. Even doctors who are specialists are very careful about administering any drug for erectile problems because they need to be sure what the root cause is. I would advise you visit a teaching hospital first or you can first do a urine culture test which is less than 2,000 to check if there is any infection In your body. if there is, you would be treated and under 3 weeks you should be normal, but if not then I suggest you visit an urologist and then you would be examined and asked to go run a hormone profile test to see if that is the problem.....

i have been in and out Akwa-ibom for 5 years and i have to commend the high level of adherence to sanitary there...it is naturally imbibed in them and most of the federal institutions like the teaching hospital and UNIUYO are very neat down to their toilets.....i visited this hospital in December and it is not as bad as portrayed here..it is just old but neat .. am suspecting the OP had take pictures of abandoned parts of the hospital but anyway that hospital is the prime government hospital in eket, it needs to be upgraded.
