The directive from CBN that banned all Nigerian banks from allowing foreign online transactions was because of the dollar vs Naira problem.
The only banks that still accept foreign online payment are GTB,Access and Zenith bank BUT YOU WILL BE RESTRICTED TO A MONTHLY SPENDING OF $100.. By implication you cant buy stuff more than $100.

When you go to your bank, they will tell you to get a dollar card or Euro card or Pounds card and by implication a DOMICILLARY ACCOUNT. Domiciliary accounts are very expensive to maintain. For First bank, you must have a minimum operating balance of $100/€100/£100 which you can't withdraw

Actually he is right, Asia not sing post, it can be China post, Sweden post, sing post etc. It all boils down to the safest for a particular Country, that is why sing post is usually seen for aes to Nigeria since its the safest for Nigeria, but for other country line Russia, aes may mean another shipping company (Swedish post but can't remember where i saw it)
