If the person know ways on his or her phone, d person should delete all Google contacts on phone. Assuming the person has a clean Google contacts online. An ld reinstall same through Gmail sync

Its not about duplicate contacts, it's about u dialing James on ur phone, but shola showed up, I mean, ur contacts is mixed up and messed up, while whatsapp contact is clean. Thule ish is with Google contacts, it's the only culprit which have had a success on it to some degree now.
Modified, anyone thinking of backing up all its data to do factory reset and restore back should do this first . Am assuming the person has its contacts saved on Google, right....
Switch off ur data first, delete all ur Google contacts on phone before u make ur backup, if not, ur mixed up contacts can find its way back to ur phone again.

Not only mi max o, the first person that contact me because if it was using Redmi 4a, and others too said they are using infinix, tecno and so on. It's a Google ish

Some on complainer of similar issue with Redmi 4A some days ago, she seem to be fine now after using mi account as contact as display preference.

Doing more findings. All those on miui global stable 8.5.1 should pls step forward. But it seems its Google that's messing it up, i checked my mi account, it's clean, whatsapp clean, Yahoo clean, sim clean bt d contacts with issues only on Google.

Even if i delete my Google contacts, after restoring, those contacts will still be there bt to be on d safe side, am trying to secure my device from a possible Malware for now

In another news, someone informed me a few days ago, all her contacts where merged together, as in, she calls Tolu and Paul comes up, she will search for tolani and wen she dial it, Mathew will pop up instead. I made a few suggestion to her, lie if her contacts were saved on her Gmail, she can go ahead and delete her contacts and restore it through Google bt that hasn't been successful. To my great surprise this morning, was on phone with my cousin, before d call went off, i tried to dial back and different contacts were showing on dial call each time i dial (wtf). I checked d contact and saw 2 different phone number, i choose d 1 I wanna call and yet, same issue. Anyone here having that issue? Please note that it's not on same phone bt same rom and different Android version, me, am on Android 7, while d oda person is on Android 6, both miui is on 8.5.1.0

This is not a post to ask Noobody to refund my monies, because he failed to deliver or because Noobody is refusing to pick up my calls or return my whatsapp messages.....

I decided to upgrade my Father & Mother in law to new smartphones.

A plethora of agents exists on this thread, but Noobody moniker is stuck in my memory. Who is nobody, noobody?

I dug up his number, fired a WhatsApp message through, he replied almost immediately. I informed on my choice of devices, he countered and offered alternatives. He sent a few screenshots indicating models and prices, prices calculated and funds transferred (that was 2 weeks ago today)

Today, Father in law picked up 2 XIAOMI REDMI 4X devices (Gold & Black), screen protectors and one earpiece (gift item). Hopefully delivery of leather cases soonest.

A friend ordered a redmi note 4x,got delivered to his post office to recieve as usual.on gettin there,the postman told him to pay 7k for customs charges sumtin wey na AES deliver am,not DHL,
The person did the right tin,he contacted me,cos the price was so crazy,he told me the postman was so nice,that he even subsidized the price for him to 5k.i told him not to pay shii,mk he waka comot the post office.
I advised he shld go back the next day,claiming he has sent a mail to PMG(nipost) of the ridiculous charges,nd he was told to ask for the full details of the man that asked him to pay custom duties/charges,(i never knew the guy actually sent the mail )on getting to the post office the next day,the post man as he get strong head reach,he ignored the guy,saying he cant give him such info,meanwhile PMG replied my guy for the details of his order,nd the particular post office the incident took place so dey can investigate,
The guy explained to his uncle,who is a friend of the postman,the postman is a friend of the guy's dad as well,his uncle not knowing the procedures paid the 5k and help the guy got his package,with plenty begging oo,the postman was even saying my guy was stubborn, ,my guy got his phone sha.
Long story cut short!! The post man as early as 7:45am this morning,ran like a man on fire to my guy's place of work,pleading saying his job is on the line,that he recieved a call frm his oga at the top,that they have been extorting money frm people,that he was willing to pay back every kobo of the 5k he collected ,that all he needs my guy to do is please help him talk to his oga,that the incident didnt occur at there own post office.
The guy told the postman to go to the office that he wud get back to him later.the guy sef is kinda feeling bad,as d man job dey on the line,

Help me with small favor. Confirm the model number of your phone if it's 2016102 or 2016101. The number at the back of the phone should tally with the number on the carton.

Please confirm it's also 32GB or 64GB.
