Romance / Re: 'I Choose Him'- Woman Battered By Her Fiancé Announces She's Going To Marry Him by UBGGA(f): 9:58pm On Nov 27, 2021 |
Farfalla: Blaming the men again, are we? A grown woman choose to stay with her abuser, and it's her father's fault for not supposedly bonding well enough with her? Stop, just stop. If she has deep seated daddy issues, perhaps she should tow the good old classic marrying an older man path. 5 Likes |

Dodoproperties: I’m curious, is the kingship by democracy? Do you “ support” or vote your men to become kings? If their father was the late king, by birth they’ve earned the right to become kings themselves irrespective of how they like to wear their pants. Unless, culture is dead and the throne is a business open to the highest bidder. 2 Likes 1 Share |

murphyibiam15: Oh no! I'm not offended at all. I was just sharing my Dominion City experience. We all need a place that works for us, the most important thing is you found one eventually. |

murphyibiam15: You found Dominion City as a prosperity and showmanship church? Oh wow! I was an atheist for years. Dominion City is the reason I serve God unashamedly now, and have a relationship with the Holy Spirit today. Something my branch Pastor used to say: "If you stay here for 3 months and nothing changes in you, this is not the church for you. I suppose it wasn't for you. Regardless, it's great you found a place to worship and connect. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Family / Re: Introverts Lounge (Extroverts Pls Keep Off !!) by UBGGA(f): 8:01am On Jun 14, 2021 |
Introversion is just perfect until you are married and your in-laws are extroverts. Imagine having to be called at least three times weekly for small talks, "I just called to say hello and check on you", oh how I despise phone calls. My in-laws are the nicest people I ever met, but, arrrrrggggggh, those constant phone calls, bonding, coming over to my space, and the expectations of me in theirs for every family event or just to visit. I wish I was as social as they wanted, Lord knows my mother-in-law in all of her kindness and open-mindedness deserves an extroverted daughter-in-law. 1 Like |
Religion / Re: Pastor David Chuks Ogbueli Celebrates His 52nd Birthday Today - Memoir by UBGGA(f): 10:14am On Apr 28, 2020 |
I was 15 years old when I first walked into Dominion City. I had just gained admission into the university and needed a church to fellowship, so a friend recommended Dominion city. At first, I was concerned it would be like the other "new generation churches" I had visited. I was so wrong; I found a ministry with depth. Dominion city transformed my life spiritually, professionally, and financially. I am a better and more aware woman today partly because I walked into that ministry all those years ago. Today, I am indeed a leader who's transforming society, just like I was promised when I joined the ministry. Thank you Rev. David Ogbueli. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Tumbulum: I wondered about the same thing too. How is it criminal if they weren't caught commiting a crime? If the NBM inscribed on their attires is what I think it is, they identify as a registered group and have rights to congregate whenever and in whatever attire. So, where is the crime?!! 11 Likes 1 Share |
