Why do we always hear abt how much government is spending on projects and yet we see little or next to nothing on ground to such a voluminous amount of money said to have been spent on such projects? How come gej is still borrowing money till today and yet WE cant boast of any improvment in any sector? As if all the money they've stolen thru crude oil isnt enough, they now resort on borrowing from foreign banks all to end up accumulating in thier private accounts. Why?
