More ever the woman's claim should be verified as well if true the death guy should be convicted posthumously and let his estate pays restitution to the woman that does not absolve the murder from their crimes they also should pay for their crimes.

People should be able to get justice even in death while the victim should also be able to get justice even from a dead offender.
