All the reasons are justified for visa purpose, unfortunately your chances of getting grant is low because of GTE and high immigration risk of Nigerians.

But my advise for you

1) you should defend the gaps in your education if you won't present your bachelor

2) if you present the bachelor and you are now going for diploma, it is a red flag for GTE

3) if your age is above 25 or 26, it raise suspicion regarding your intention of studying a diploma

4) you should have completed prior courses or education related to your diploma

5) write a strong sop to convince them of your intention

6) have a good sponsor that is a primary relative
I said it but my agency insisted i bring it because ita advanced diploma program

Why going for Diploma instead of MSc?
Firstly it's affordable
Secondly i seriously want to learn the course and perfect it because mostly nigerians go there with master's and leave classes making their academic career to suffer
Thirdly it will help me understand Australia better!
Finally my b..sc is low so i want to use it to boast it before go for masters!

Ok. In my own case I used the one the school recommended or that is in my offer letter, which is Allianz Global Assistance ( AGA). You can check the following approved by the Australian government. Australian Health Management, BUPA Australia, Medibank Private, Nib OSHC and some other ones which I don't know.
Australian health management is cheaper pls how do i pay because it seems payment is only via master card or visa card!you all know about naija palava

Please brother are you attending CIT!

First of all. You need to state the duration of your program and that's exactly the duration of health insurance you are also going to purchase. In terms of affordability. You can check www.nib.com.au/overseas-students or you can google it your self and see the differences of other health insurance care or agencies.
Its a 2yrs program

Here lies what I think that probably made them deny you the visa. Why will the ministry sponsor you when you're not a staff of the ministry, just an "IT student"? What will be their reason of sponsoring you? What will they gain by sponsoring you? If you can answer these questions objectively you will now know the likely reason why your visa was denied. Had it been you put the effort you put into getting an agent and paying him for getting a conference Iv for you in applying to a school, you will probably be in Korea by now. Just forget about agents, they don't know shit. Do you know you might not have crossed the Korean POE had it been you have been issued the visa because I know you don't even know much about the conference you're to attend. Just take your time and look for a school apply, that is your best bet.
Oh God Oya pm me lemme show you why the are sponsoring me

Did you submit an official letter from the ministry concerning this conference stating they are sponsoring you?
Yes
TravelRe: Thread for South Korea prospective students by uckennety(m): 4:45pm On Oct 16, 2017
tobiasbeecher:
Let me sincere to you, most conference visa application that is not from govt agency is normally denied! Nigerians have abused this process so the embassy knows you may likely not come back. Moreover, even when they grant you the visa, can you survive the port of entry? Korea immigration is one of the most notorious when it comes to deporting people from the airport. Brother, I will advise you to enter with student visa, it is easy once you meet their requirements. Another option is that if you have up to 5 million or more, you look for a business invitation and apply as a business man. You may be granted.
Mine was from ministry of information technology kaduna
