Many Facebook accounts are still been hacked in 2023. I spent the better part of yesterday chatting and speaking with a Facebook support agent to restore access to a hacked account. In the process, I realised that there are some basic things you should know that will help you recover your Facebook account even when a hacker logs you out or change your password.

I don’t want to talk about those that use “iloveyou” as their Facebook password or reuse one password for everything they do online, some of you deserved to be hacked. You can’t be using a poor password in 2023.
That you can longer log into your Facebook account does not mean that you have been hacked, let’s make that clear. Facebook security can log you out of your account for a lot of reasons including you making an unusual comment.
Let’s talk about support! Facebook does not have any support team for personal accounts or profiles, they only have a help page for over 1.5 billion users which can be accessed with the URL facebook.com/help

Here are five things you must know.
#1 Sign into Facebook from a browser on your device. Do this from a mobile browser and computer. Facebook security will classify your device browser as an unrecognised device if you haven’t signed into Facebook even though you are signed in to the Facebook app. I will explain more about this very important secret in number 5 so, stick around for that.


#2 Primary Email address and phone number must be online always. You should also turn on login notifications to be sent to your mobile number. The earlier you know when someone gains access to your Facebook account, the better your chances of recovering it. So, always be alert

#3 Your Facebook profile URL. Your profile URL is a combination of Facebook.com/your username. Please note that Your Facebook profile username is different from your Facebook name. You can see your profile username name from the mobile app by going to settings, Meta account centre, profiles, select the profile you want to see and click on the username. From a browser, just log into Facebook, click on your profile icon and you will see your username in the URL immediately after facebook.com/
You'll need your profile username or URL if you want to escalate to the Facebook ads support team. If you don't know your profile URL or username, no Facebook support agent will be able to help you

It's probably because of irregular eating habits or stress...Irregular eating habits can definitely cause late..missed or irregular periods...Stress can as well..Even though you didn't mention her being stressed out ..it's one of the most common reason to be late/missed/irregular(period)...She'll be fine.

Changes in routine can also cause changes in her cycle..Also eating too much or too little gaining/losing weight..dehydration or any number of other factors could be to blame...
You don't have to be worried since yve done a test..still you have to book an appointment with a doctor..

I suspect the stress, cause she had to switch to a much strenuous job when the company closed for the Xmas break to make up for ppl that didn't travel for the holiday

Run a proper test huncle ... Yeah I know of ladies with such problem,it corrects with time and usually on its own. Some call it hormonal imbalance. I'll advice you take her to hospital and run a proper test, don't rely on what the test strips reads sometimes you can misread it if you don't know how to...

I have been dating my girl for almost 5 months now, until recently she haven't had any issue with her period, she was supposed to see it as of last month Dec 25th, but up till date been 5th, shes yet to see it.
We did a pregnancy test on sunday using a strip, the first one came out very faint, the next day with another brand, it came out negative, then by evening yesterday, it also came out negative. So the test was done 3 times.....
Well she told me she have experienced such B4 that it has to do with her hormones (hormonal imbalance).
I'm still worried, and can entertain any suggestions.....
