newoffer: Land experience will give u bp. Thinking of my experiences will give me high blood madness. quote author=onomej4u1 post=138561118]I purchased four plots of land through a pastor, who acted as the agent for the seller. He assured me that the State Governor had just awarded a road construction contract in the area, which made the investment seem promising. Although I was initially skeptical, I proceeded with the deal. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the road construction claim was false. The pastor’s real interest was in collecting a 10% commission from my payment, while the seller used part of the money to finance his father’s burial just a month after the transaction. To make matters worse, the land itself was problematic—the same plots had been sold to about five different buyers. It took me nearly ten years of struggle to recover only 75% of my money, and even then, it was paid back in small installments. The entire experience left me deeply regretful. I severed ties with both the pastor and the seller, and the ordeal taught me a hard lesson about trust and due diligence in land transactions. By all means possible, avoid doing businesses with pastors and "men or God" |

I got this message earlier in the day
This is to inform you that you have been shortlisted for recruitment into the traffic management agency of Abia state (TMAAS) and will be required to report to camp as below Date: Saturday 28th Nov; 2015 Venue: FRSC Academy, Udi Enugu state. For more info, check the Abia state official website.
Meanwhile, I was called much earlier on Sunday by the recruitment team; and was told that the salary is N30,000 without pension.
I'm not accepting the offer. The salary is poor to a graduate, and above all, I don't like the nature of the job.
I Wish those who will attend the training the very best of luck. |

The interview is tomorrow by 9am at Abia State secretariat
Please if you don't have an "insider" please don't bother wasting your money (on tfare) and time to come for the interview
Yes if you must know, I didn't apply for this job like many did but my name came out. My uncle who is helping categorically told me not to waste my time coming for the interview that it would be a mere formality (They already have the names of those they want)
The fact that I'm going to be a beneficiary of the "system" won't make me not to say the truth. The system here I'm Nigeria is so messed up that mediocrity and nepotism reign supreme over meritocracy and competence.
MAY GOD HELP US IN NAIJA! |
