Yes you can do normal transactions on the account, provided the amount doesn't go below what is required by the school.

Pending application doesn't apply in this case besides if there was one the person can't travel outside the UK until a decision is made, so please ignore that sentence make I no confuse you

What I am trying to say is, main Applicant is yet to secure accommodation,because when they find out he is a student,they refuse to give accommodation,even when he offers to pay for 3months.Now Dependents are ready to join him,but accommodation is an issue,how can one go about securing accommodation so dependents can go meet MA? If you apply and pay for your visa without your 28days minimum count you are setting yourself for a refusal or an NSF requesting for an up to date (not repeated printout) statement.

That bank is very useless.They rejected our request twice for living expenses cus we did not pay our school fees with them. Banks be doing the most.I hope they respond to you cus they are mean

Ours took just 21 days..We applied on the 4th of May and received collection mail on the 1st of June.
