Yes. The unknown gunmen are an entirely different group. But loyal to Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB, to an extent. A careful consideration of their operations as against IPOB's would show as much. Given the prevailing conditions and the pace of the unknown gunmen's current progress one can predict that :

1) The entirety of the South East will have Biafran flags flying freely by year's end.

2) The number of security checkpoints will continue to dwindle.

3) The Biafran currency will soon begin to filter into use.

4) The military bases will begin to come under siege.

5) Military and central government withdrawal from the South East.
