The Time frame given above is clearly dependent on the the occurrence or otherwise of unforeseen events.

Largely, we have been able to make 7-9 days fairly consistent over the last few months.

Also there is a clear difference between when Goods are received and the day they are sent. If you goods arrive after we have sent normal goods, you have to wait till the following week.

For anyone experiencing delays, kindly accept our apologies and we are working hard to resolve the issue.

On the issue of communication, several means are available, Whatsapp, email, sms or phone calls.
