As at today, it's ₦7000 at mills or bush markets. The Palm Oil market price is on the rise. Scroll through this topic, you'll see Lagos price as of this week, I wasn't the one who posted it. I called a friend and confirmed it.

He's quite right. Palm oil prices in lagos are very competitive... Bringing in oil from Akwa Ibom to lagos especially for 1st grade, isn't profitable because expenses will not allow you make gain... Not everyone has eyes for good oil and wants to spend a little extra on it, they will tell you that oil is the same thing. So I think people just want to buy nearby... It's risky for me wch is why I still buy from home. Can't gamble idiokh adin

One of such scammers on the 30s plus thread I Joined here, appeared on SDK blog as a scammer preying on single mothers, promising them work and marriage. He was romantically linked to the op of that thread. I hope she didn't fall prey.

I don't want to go into details but let's just be careful as they truly abound. May God help us all. Everyone is trying to survive while some people are out there to make people depressed

I've had a few people call me, even at odd times too.
Pls aside what I typed here, unfortunately I can't provide much information. I only typed the little I know based on my few visits to the market. About certain specifics, I might not know.
So calling me throws me off guard. You can post questions here and have those who really know the terrain more than me, help out.

So I was coming to update the house after the little misunderstanding between myself and Don, only to read about the scam issue. This is truly sad to hear. I pray that you get to the root of this and get the scammer nabbed soonest. That was too great a risk you took, for someone who's always been about full payments before shipping. It's well though.
To the issue at hand, as discussed, I had a total of about 8 kegs and a small keg returned, I have received 5kegs as replacement, and he has promised me that I'll get the rest 3kegs and the little extra, soon. All costs were borne by him, pls help me thank him. Hopefully I'll get the balance of the 3kegs soonest.
Then I have also come to realise some workers are sent from hell. You have a standard you maintain in your business but when you are away briefly, these people can ruin your reputation. Don, I pray that God will help you to recover from your loss and also bless you with dedicated workers who'll take the business like theirs so your quality standards can be sustained.
