How good is StarSat SR-200HD EXTREME 4K receiver?
Would you recommend it for Astra 28 & Hotbird?
I hear it has a good server with even iptv?
Does it auto roll BISS etc ?

Is there anyone watching channels on 3740 H 30000 on IS20 @ 68.5 East ? How do you open them and with which receiver ? They are PV encrypted...

Meant for people with big dish and specific account... 2.4 metre dish can work in the north but I am not sure such dish can work in the south for OSN

So can my old SRT-4922 work on cccam?
What software do I need to load in to get cccam to work ?

What software version are you using on your 4922 stb ?

This seems to be the latest software patch for 4922:

How To Scan Any Free To Air(FTA) Channels On DSTV Explorer Receiver

First of all, remove the ‘LNB in’ cable at the back of the DSTV decoder.

Power ON the decoder and ignore the notification messages displayed on the TV screen indicating ‘No Signal’.

Press the DSTV or MENU or Blue button on the decoder’s remote controller.

While on the menu, Navigate to ‘SETTINGS’.

Choose ‘SATELLITE SETTING’.

Select ‘ADDITIONAL NETWORKS’.

Choose ‘NETWORK 1’.

Switch ‘Enable Network’ to ‘YES’.

Now you will notice that other information in the network 1 window is editable.

Scroll down to “frequency” and input the satellite TV free to air (FTA) frequency you want to Scan.

Scroll down to “symbol rate” and input the symbol rate figure.

Change the polarization to that of the satellite you want to track.

Check the signal bar for signal status

select ‘SCAN THIS’.

Please wait for the scanning to complete.

After the completion of the scanning; Dial ‘221’ on the remote control.

Press and go to the “Channel List” and you will see the free to air (FTA) channels added to the list.

Select the channel you want to watch and enjoy.

So when do you re-connect the LNB cable on the decoder or you just scan without connection to the dish ?
And secondly, is this the same with EXPLORA because that's the one I have and not the EXPLORER mentioned in your post ?

Please, how do I make pause and resume while recording live program with strong recorder.

On SRT 4922 press (➡I) on the remote to pause actual recording. Press the same button to resume actual recording. This way you avoid recording adverts and you resume recording your program after by pressing the same button. It is the button below "FWD" or ">>". Do not use the pause button marked "FREEZE" if you want to pause a live recording. Please confirm that you have understood my guide to pause a recording.

No sir, there is no such a satellite at all my dear Routsz. It is these untrained, illiterate, half-baked and primitive installers like Eerekake who have given it a strange non existent name of "mytv cband".
That satellite is known as INTELSAT 20 or in short IS 20. That is the proper and official name for the satellite.

You have to use an auto-roll receiver to enjoy AFN now.
In one day the keys can change 4 to 5 times.

Keys for AFN on 1 deg West please? Also BBC on 68.5 deg East.
Those updated on najmsat (30-11-2016) not opening.

Better look for menu go to external device you should no what to do from there if you no what you're really doing

Check post by yawwilson on page 1054 dated 20-10-2015. He gave some advice regarding upload of sw to flash disk to help others in need.

@all,when you upgrade your receiver with the latest key and if it's working properly, you can then insert a clean flash drive, go-to. USB menu,and upload your current software (including the keys).
This new software can be used to upgrade another receiver of the same model. This method can be used to help folks who find it difficult to insert/change keys

@faithchild. 2.4m STRONG pan dish = 31k - 35k depending on location.SRT 4930 latest update (patch) does not support PVu.

Your statement is not true. I have SRT 4930 with SW version 172p and it opens all PV channels on on IS 20/Apstar 7 with keys
inserted. Furthermore it also opens bwtv on NSS 12 at 57east directly at my home in Nairobi, Kenya. I am currently based in Liberia
wth UN.
