Otondo,is there any Igbo dead or alive that is as rich as a Yoruba woman or man?
The GDP and Per capita of Yorubas are better than the Igbos. You do not run to the SW for nothing nah.

Lol. 3 of those malls you listed there are on the same street ( dugbe street ) while 2 are sharing the same fence. Non of those malls mentioned there is bigger than the newly completed emporium mall and Aviva place in Owerri.
Tech incubators? Where is the result of having 4 tech incubators? When Eduntek ( an Igbo owned tech incubator ) started in Onitsha, it produced the brilliant girls that won gold medal in a tech competition in Silicon Valley. Any tech incubator produced the boys that won bronze in Turkey under St. Jude's secondary school Onitsha. Our tech incubators produce champions while Ibadan tech incubators can't even win or achieve anything meaningful within Nigeria talk less of the World.
A big tourist garden? Is it not that trashy Agodi gardens where the entrance alone is littered with refuse and looks like a dump site? We all saw the pictures when some youths took it upon themselves to clean the area at least to make to look less stupid.
Owerri alone has more night clubs and hotels than 3 states combined in the SW. Awka has a better night life than 5 states in the SW combined.

Why can't 45 million Igbos build these in Igboland grin

trash
Just use Google map on your phone to view Ibadan, you will just start crying for your people. YouTube has lots of videos on ibadan, there is even one where it was written "red roof city" lol. You should also check out video from Osinbajo's helicopter flight across Ibadan to see how useless that village-city is not all these your computer edited pics of Lekki that you call Ibadan. One wonder you guys never ever mention the name of the area you snapped and upload here because the picture is that of lekki with extra editing.

Sifia pain trash.
Wake me up when all 45 million Igbos can build these in Igboland.

How old are you your reasoning is so poor, having 50 Cinemas in Ibadan tell us how it contribute to Oyo nominal IGR which is below Niger and Kaduna

And how many do you have in your villages, old man?
Your little brain should tell you that a city that has 5 mega malls with lots of other malls and they are all doing well, more than 10 GRAs,more than 15 tv and radio stations, lots of good road network that cannot be found in your undeveloped states joined together, skyscrapers that are absent in your villages etc is more developed than Igboland but you will still argue posting only houses that are very scanty but for only Onitsha which is a small tiny but built up place. You are a Mr Bean.A Comedian Extraordinary.

Demographia did not consider the brown roof areas as urban. The only developed part of Ibadan is dugbe street, take dugbe street away and what u get is a mega slum. Even demographia pitied you guys by projecting your urban landmass as about 440sqkm when in reality it is just one street.

You are in Sifia pain.E Ven road network,Ibadan beats Igboland, heads down...ah ah ah.

Onitsha community is 52 sqkm but, Onitsha metro/urban spread is 1965 sqkm. Ibadan that you are talking about is up to 6,800 sqkm but its urban landmass is barely 440 sqkm.

Ibadan is more developed than all Igbo states joined together.

Ibadan urban spread is 6,800 sqkm,5000 times bigger than Onitsha which is 1,965 sqkm.
Onitsha is just one or one and half GRA in Ibadan.

Onitsha is built up but it is a very small and tiny city compared to Lagos,Ibadan,Kano etc.We will pick more than 40 Onitshas from these real cities.
Onitsha is built up but not developed. How many roads ,schools, universities, malls etc does it have like Ibadan,Lagos,Kano etc?

Maybe much larger but development is arguable because size is also a factor but not all. Owerri is quite a modern city by Nigerian standard
The issue is that Ibadan is more developed than Anambra,Imo,Abia,Ebonyi and enugu.
You always post residential houses which Ibadan has more than any SE states.
Road Network: Ibadan has more and better road network.

Infrastructures: Ibadan has more than all Igboland joined.

The list looks inexhaustible.

Maybe it is only one Osu guy that usually posts these nonsense that any state in the South East is close to Ibadan city in development. All Igbos know that Ibadan is nuch more de than Igboland. The developed parts of Igboland are not up to 6 GRAs in Ibadan.

The whole Ibadan metropolis (combined together) - 3, 000 km Anambra - 4k+ km.
Besides, by urbanisation Onitsha Metro has been rated to be larger than Ibadan - https://cities-today.com/new-database-released-to-better-assess-african-cities/
Onitsha is just 1 GRA in Ibadan and Ibadan has m9re than 10.

Owerri beat, Oshogbo, AdoEkiti, Ibadan, Abeokuta and Akure hands down. The only city close to modernity in the southwest is Akure. The rest are slums and dilapidated camps with obvious poverty and backwardness.

Entire Igboland does not have the type of good road network that Ibadan has because Ibadan is more developed than the entire Igboland.
Show anything in Igboland that nears these Ibadan road network.

Amosun did well in that he raised the IGR but all he did was Chop and waste all the money on unnecessary projects mostly in Abeokuta. The amount of uncompleted project and unpaid debts is ridiculous and not much to show for it.

Good Riddance to bad rubbish
I think he means larger number of modern residential houses e.g Asese,Isheri,Kuto,Arepo,Ota,Ijebu Ode etc

Let’s focus on city planning, general beauty, environment, people(appearance and neatness) and off cost housing grin

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE ARE DOING THIS.IBADAN ONLY ALWAYS WINS ALL IGBOLAND.
NOT ONLY WITH PICTURES BUT GROUNDED FACTS.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE AS INFRASTRUCTURES THAT IBADAN DOES NOT HAVE TWICE OF.

Not only pictures that are taken from different sides.Everybody knows Igboland has scanty buildings compared to Yorubaland.
Posting pictures from now till tomorrow which Ibadan always wins afterall cannot beat realities.

Now show us your own brown roof
I am surprised that most of the places I know personally in Ogun state are not on the internet.Shame to we Yorubas. It was when Igbos were deriding Ibadan that somebody brought the few pix that we now use.
Ibadan does not have most of the GRAs,estates and high rave places on the internet but it has a few to beat Igboland combined.
Ibadan is more developed than the entire Igboland.I will post a video of just Agodi in Ibadan. The only developed part of Igboland is Onitsha.
