Anambralstson: THIS IS THE REAL GDP NOT NOMINAL. REAL GDP IS THE REAL THING. The world's most comprehensive real GDP.

Unlimitk:You started it by posting a few pictures of not very developed places.A lot of Igbos know that SW even without Lagos is very much developed than the SE. They have all...I say all the developed parts of Igboland on the internet...which they always post from different angles -unlike Yoruba who do not have that time...I think they should. Ogun state is more developed than any state in the SE.The facts are there even if we don't have all the pictures. Ibadan is twice more developed than the entire Igboland. They will always post the old parts...this is where we started from when they were covering their nudes with bare hands. People have expanded to other sites because we have a very large landmass than Igboland. One of them posted video of the old parts of Ogun state.Ask him....where are the houses of politicians, lawyers, middle class, billionares, industries, unversities,GRAs,estates, malls etc.We have all of these more than them and most of them know. THIS IS OGUN STATE: I start with canaanland which is one notable development in Ogun state.Even the houses there which I have not seen on the internet will make Igboland green with envy.I f it were Igbos, they would have flooded the internet with its pix. Anambralstson:In case you did not attend university..... nominal.... meaning: /ˈnɒmɪn(ə)l/ adjective 1. (of a role or status) existing in name only. "Thailand retained nominal independence under Japanese military occupation" synonyms: in name/title only, titular, formal, official, ceremonial; More 2. (of a price or charge) very small; far below the real value or cost. "they charge a nominal fee for the service" synonyms: token, symbolic, emblematic, peppercorn. Nominal vs. Real GDP......? Ibadan is the 4th economy in Nigeria...yes,it still stands. READ: GDP stands for gross domestic product and is the measure of the total economic output of the goods and services of a country. ... Nominal GDP is economic output without the inflation adjustment. Nominal GDP is usually higher than real GDP because inflation is typically a positive number. The main difference between nominal and real values is that real values are adjusted for inflation, while nominal values are not. As a result, nominal GDP will often appear higher than real GDP. Economists use real gross domestic product (GDP) when they want to monitor the growth of output in an economy. Nominal GDP, typically referred to as just GDP, uses the quantities and prices in a given time period to track the total value produced in an economy over a certain time. Nominal GDP is a decent enough standalone factor to measure the output of an economy. The problem comes when you're comparing GDP across different time periods. Nominal GDP includes “growth” in the value of output due to inflation as well as production. ... In other words, there was only nominal growth, no “real” growth. |

Danzysb: Igbos are the poorest in the South.Only Alakija is richer than all your mediocre billionaires dead or alive. Only Ibadan is more developed than the entire Igboland. Only Ogun state IGR is more the IGR of the entire South eastern 5 states combined. Ogun state is the most industrialised state in Nigeria. Yorubas have the highest number if indigenous companies in Nigeria. The entire companies of Igbos do not worth half of just one Yoruba company. A Yoruba state which Yorubas have the highest number of companies in relation to other Nigerians,is the 4th economy in Africa. Ibadan/Oyo is the 4th economy in Nigeria. Yorubas have the highest number of billionaires. Yorubas have the highest number of middle class. Yorubas have the highest number of profs, lawyers etc. Yorubas seldom go to Igboland except those alagbo resetting worn out ojuku faculties. Only Davido or Whizkid will buy Igboland without sweating.

You claim to have the biggest market in West Africa. Why doesn't this market grow your IGR as your small, small markets in the SW control the economy in the SW,even that of Ogun state that does not have ports.Ndiara. |

Unbiased1: All these rantings instead of answering the questions and giving us points why Igboland is not as developed as Ibadan only, you started talking like a zombie who lies that his father owns the national stadium, national theatre etc. No proofs. This is why only Ibadan is more developed than Igboland. POVERTY,POVERTY,POVERTY... Stark naked poverty in Igboland

Ttipsy: lol Everybody knows that Igbos are cowards but you are showing us that you are an inflated kind.Out of 8-9 points, you have only answered 1. Now,come'on answer the remaining. That is a good lad there... Let us see whether you are intelligent and man enough to respond to why Ibadan is more developed than all Igboland by: 1.Being the fourth economy in Nigeria and none of your backward state is even the tenth economy. 2.The GDP of Ibadan is higher and even doubled that of Anambra, your alleged richest state in the East. 3.The per capita of the Yorubas in Ibadan is double that of the Igbos in Anambra, your alleged richest state. 4.Ibadan only has more than 10 GRAs while all Igboland cannot boast of even 6. 5.Ibadan only has 5 mega malls while all Igboland has 4 malls which are not so productive. 6.Why Ibadan has CBD with skyscrapers and Igboland has none. 7.Why Ibadan only has infrastructures like radio stations, television stations, newspaper houses, international research centres, schools, universities etc more than all Igboland. 8.etc etc etc 9.And finally why you think any of your states is as or even more developed than Ibadan. Only if you or anyone of you is a coward will he pick only one out of these. Respond to all so that your Igbo brethren will truly know that Igboland can stand shoulder high with Ibadan. My best bet is that you will all run away and do as if you didn't see this post because... YOU CANNOT GIVE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE. |
