I will be working in Heartlands hospital, looking forward to getting a house within 3 miles radius. Thanks Blazeens: would you be schooling? i'd rather tell where to find accomodation than where to avoid. but off the top of my head for places to avoid is small heath, Mosely, handsworth wood. this is just personal opinion others might have a different answer
if you wanna stay outside city center to find your footing, concentrate on erdington, ward end, castle Bromwich, sutton cottonfield, norwich, selly oak(lots of students stay around here), hodge hill and maybe chemsley wood. These are areas i'm personally familiar with so i can say they're alright, and transport link to city center colleges is always available |

Please Which areas can someone avoid, I will be relocating to Birmingham by next month and currently looking for an accommodation.i don't want to make a mistake AirBay: Birmingham is Fun, depends on your location within Birmingham and lifestyle
Cost of living can range from £500-£10000 monthly depends on your bank account
Culture everywhere is cool but avoid areas where lots of somalia/Romania/jamaica immigrants reside , not because they are racist but because of high crime rate. |

I will be moving to Birmingham, my work station will be around B9. Can someone suggest nice and cheaper areas to look for decent accommodation, 30 mins bus or train is fine. Checking zoopla and it seems accommodation is on the high side. Any suggestions |
