Ensure you get upto 62% and above then blind scan. Goodluck. A 0.1db lnbf is the surest bet for 90cm.

Trying to get MBC on 7.3e, i was able to hit green using 11475 v 27500 with short strong LnB on 90cm dstv dish.After blindscaning, i got 9 channels viz: Arrabia, Arryadia, Assadissa etc at 56%. Using 11559, it's red, no MBC channels. Pls advice on what to do

You must take the quality to 62% b4 mbc can pop up.

With 4922a, all the AFN channels there are FTA plu a host of others. Digi sports frequency was just flashing green so I will probably have to improve on the quality today.

I eventually got MBC @ 68% on 90cm.

Men and brethren, finally I have brought 9e down, although I had to switch my Mbc 1mtr for it. I got 61/62%. OTE sports came loud but digi is @ 56/57%. I will have increase the quality 2moro. Long live FTA.

1. Now under APC, APC programs, APC policies, APC anti corruption policies, we don't have looters running around looting and stealing, FG accounts are unitary and not thousands all over the place making room for looting and stealing.

2. Today, we found out that N7 billion was recovered from GEJ's looters with many more billions to follow

3. TSA account is at N3 trillion and overflowing with money, money that was nowhere to be found under GEJ and PDP.

4. Our foreign reserve is no longer bleading, it's actually growing ..

5. Our ECA is getting replenished the first time since june last year

6. No more sending armored vans to the CBN to loot our funds in the middle of the night

7. No more BH taking over or planting their terrorists flags all over the place

8. Our galant men and women in uniform are no longer running from BH because of low moral and poor or no weapons to fight with because GEJ and his looters stole and shared their money

9. Our agencies are making and remitting huge and record amount of funds into the Federal account...


We are doing all the wonderful things above with the so called APC or former PDP members you listed

The question now is, why are we achieving and gaining with the same APC and former PDP members under this APC governme

I just got an Intel from a friend that you can get it on 1.3mtr minimum, I guess we have to wear our thinking caps, go back to the drawing board and restrategise. I have an idle 1.3 to experiment with tonight. I heard the satellite hosting sp24hd on 20deg. West has reached end of life after 14 years in orbit, hence there is the possibility of migrating sp24hd to ànother host by April at the most. So let's keep our fingers crossed hoping that wherever they move it we can reach it with 90cm at least.

Forget about the dish for now and talk about your LNBF, stb and cable. What is the full name of the satellite you are tracking mbc with? Post the screen shot.

I tried MBC 7w again today. didn't hit green I used that tp 11474/11476 V 27500. look at d picture bellow, while I was spinning my dish the 1st bar didn't even get up to 80% not to talk of the 2nd one. the both remained like. that till the sun suck the hell outta me.
I don't know if the problem is from my decoder? I use SRT 4669Z.

Your LNBF is most likely the prime suspect, changer it fast.
Bishop4life has said it all. It's either one or more of these;
-Dead LNBF
-Bad cable or not well connected to lnbf/stb
-Inputting ku frequency into Cband satellite
-LNBF not powered on on the STB.

On your mbc setup you can add abs3 and ses5. I have not tried any secondary satellite on my sp24hd setup yet so I can't say much on that for now

Sorry about the sun burn. MBC package is always online 247, you may hit green with 11595 but any quality below 62% will only give you 2M and the rest and not MBC. Skew your LNBF @ 9 o'clock and tweak more till you get 63 and above. I tweaked for days to hit 67%.

I killed Maths completely, as in I finished it, I was expecting not less than 85, they gave me 30.
