Oh! My God!, how can the giant and defender/voltron of Africa be this pathetic and defenceless in the face of an internal aggressor without an aerial capability? I feel ashamed right now. May GOD heal and comfort the survivors and grant the dead eternal rest in HIS Bossom. Those young combatants can never say "moral high" in times like these, karma will soon use them to serve a dish because the circle is almost completed. |

The United Nations has revealed that some non-governmental organisations are sending funds to terror group in Nigeria, Boko Haram. The international organisation also identified generous contributions and extortion as some of the means through which the group is being funded, according to a report from Kairat Umarov, the Chairperson of the Security Council Committee. “Boko Haram (QDe.138) and the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) have had a similar impact in their areas of control, including the Lake Chad basin,” the report disclosed. “The predominance in the region of the cash economy, without controls, is conducive to terrorist groups funded by extortion, charitable donations, smuggling, remittances and kidnapping.” The report also covered the abduction of some students of the Government Girls College in Dapchi, Yobe State by the insurgents in February. It said, “111 schoolgirls from the town of Dapchi were kidnapped on 18 February 2018 and released by ISWAP on 21 March 2018 in exchange for a large ransom payment.” The document is the 22nd Report of the Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Team submitted pursuant to resolution 2368 (2017) concerning ISIL (Da’esh), Al-Qaida and associated individuals and entities. Thousands have been killed and millions displaced as a result of the Boko Haram insurgency in the North-eastern part of the country. But the Nigerian military has been working with the security forces in countries in the Lake Chad region to fight the insurgents and restore calm in the affected states, especially in Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa. The military’s effort has led to the recent voluntary return of some displaced persons who fled their homes in the heat of the insurgency in 2014. However, the terrorist group has carried out a few attacks on some of the communities in the troubled region while the government insisted that the insurgents have been technically degraded. FFK calls Osinbajo an emissary of Satan-Church of Satan reacts. Church of Satan has reacted after Femi Fani-Kayode slammed acting president, Yemi Osinbajo, calling him an emissary of Satan, who betrayed the Church. It all started when Osinbajo said that many pastors in Nigeria now concentrate more on preaching prosperity than against corruption. His statement provoked FFK who said that he has no moral right to blame pastors for not speaking up against corruption in the country, because he equally betrayed the body of Christ. He wrote via a Facebook post; “Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has condemned Church leaders for not supporting Buhari’s FAKE anti-corruption war yet he refuses to condemn the genocide, ethnic cleansing and mass murder that Christians have been subjected to in Nigeria. Shame on him! “A so-called ‘Pastor’ that refuses to respect CAN, stand up for the Church, protect the rights of Christians and honor the Living God ought to be treated with contempt. He ought to be excommunicated from the Church and damned for eternity. Supporting and serving those that hate Christians and that seek to wipe out the Christian faith is disgraceful. “Osinbajo represents everything that is treacherous, ungodly, unholy, weak, cowardly, reprehensible and unacceptable. “He is not a servant of God but an emissary of satan. He has betrayed the Church. He is the Judas of our time.” However reacting to this claim, The Church of Satan wrote; See photo: http://dailyadvent.com/index.php/2018/08/14/church-of-satan-reacts-after-femi-fani-kayode-calls-osinbajo-an-emissary-of-satan/

KingLinglee:Yes, that is why they look the other way when it is not in their interest. Looking up to them for help in matters like this further exposes the pitiable level of our hopelessness and weakness. Their own form of democracy doesn't seem to work here. |
Fani-Kayode Makes Passionate Appeal To Donald Trump Over IPOB, Others. A former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has appealed to US President Donald Trump to prevail on President Muhammadu Buhari to allow ethnic groups in Nigeria exercise their right to self-determination. Fani-Kayode made this known in a reaction to a tweet by Trump declaring support for #Brexit, the United Kingdom’s decision to withdraw from the European Union (EU). The decision for #Brexit was taken in a referendum on June 23, 2016, after a majority of British voters supported leaving the EU. The UK government on March 29, 2017, invoked Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union and the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 declared “exit day” to be March 29, 2019. Trump had tweeted on Friday morning: “Self-determination is the sacred right of all free people’s, and the people of the UK have exercised that right for all the world to see.” Reacting to Trump’s tweet, Fani-Kayode hailed President Trump’s position on #Brexit and urged him and the UK government to persuade the Nigerian government to allow same in the country. He tweeted, “True! Pl tell @MBuhari and the UK to allow the ethnic groups of Nigeria to exercise that right too. Self-determination is the life-force of freedom and democracy. It made America great and western civilisation what it is today. It serves humanity well. We deserve it in Nigeria!” Groups such as the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) have continued to push for a referendum to determine if ethnic nationalities in the country want to remain in a united Nigeria. However, the leaders of the groups have faced state-sponsored harassment and intimidation, including arbitrary arrest and detention. The leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has disappeared since soldiers raided his father’s home in Afaraukwu, Abia State in September 2017. Kanu was facing terrorism-related charges and had been granted bail by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja before his disappearance. His fate remains unknown and the IPOB has since been proscribed. https://www.herald.ng/fani-kayode-makes-passionate-appeal-to-donald-trump-over-ipob-others/amp/?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter |
