Unless you want to address it to a specific person; which I think is weird.

It must also come in a letter-headed paper, and a stamp or seal with signature.

Anything short of these, then you're on your own.

They are always looking for excuses to screen out people, don't give them one.

And for those asking how they can get an attestation letter; what sort of question is that? Is this DSS not for graduates again? I'm guessing some went to a cafe, met an attendant and asked that the form be filled for them. Most of the questions you are asking was answered explicitly on the website; so if you filled the form yourself, you must have seen them.

For those asking for accommodation, the zonal centres were listed so you choose one closer to your home; or one where you have someone within. The exercise is in stages:-

First stage is screening of credentials (educational, birth certificates etc)

Second stage is medicals (checking your height, weight, foot <for flat foot> etc).

The last stage is the test which comes up on the last day.

The first and second stages are done according to your state. When they are through with credentials for Abia, they will do credentials for Akwa ibom, Anambra and so on. When they are thru with credentials for zamfara, they will start over again for medicals of Abia and it goes on like that.

So someone from Abia may succeed in doing credentials first day, then will have to wait for other states to finish credentials before he starts medicals. The wait may take more than 3 days. So he will have to go back to his close-by accommodation and wait till its the day for medicals. If after 3 days, he succeeds in doing his medicals, he may go home and return final day for exam. But if you're lucky they do your credentials and medicals together (which I doubt they will), then you go home and return on final day for exam.

Once again, any document that was requested and you didn't come along with it is a wonderful excuse to throw your form in the waste bin. The form was filled 2 months ago, so not coming with any of the documents shows how unserious you are with the exercise.

Even an attestation letter with your church pastor can cover you; as long as its with the church letter-headed paper, a stamp (seal) and signature. Those of you without first school leaving certificate; you're on your own. The person saying that first school leaving is not a major certificate is making a big mistake. When you get there without it, you will understand better.

There is still few days left to run around for it. Unfortunately, tuesday and wednesday are public holidays.
