Your problem is not spiritual. I think it's a medical + psychological problem. Not every man gets an erection immediately upon seeing a naked or attractive lady. Some are sexually attracted to people only after a strong emotional bond has been formed. From your write up, you've not even courted a lady properly all your encounter are with prostitutes.
