When you get to any court apart from Sharia court, then you will mention what brought you there and they will direct you to the person that will ask you few questions about the transaction and the amount you're going give them will be based on the amount that is involved, for example 30k should be around 3k to 5k max and they will draft a later for you and you will go and submit it to the bank of the person that his/her was created and within 7 working days if there is money inside the person's account, your account will be credited back immediately.
