ivolt: Don't be deceived. None of the governors are against borrowing and they will all borrow in the end.
As to tax from public transporters being substantial, that seems like a joke to me. It is war collecting such paltry tax in the first place. I had Aba in mind saying that. There are more than 10,000 tricycle operators in Aba last time I checked. The pay more than 100 naira daily. This is more than 10m in a day. I have not included buses, trailers and tankers. Are they're are bountiful in Aba. Now imagine igr from companies like Gzi, glass force etc. Govts should have to borrow only to implement major projects. This is my personal opinion though |

Ok
Seems this current crop of governors are against borrowing. Nice one. From Abia to Anambra and Benue. That is the way to go. Except stealing and corruption, money taxed on public transporters in a single day in individual states is alone to initiate worthwhile projects for the betterment of the masses. But no, watch them loot them dry. Wicked politicians |

Kilometres: You too mumu
And you are so daft.
Stylishly trying to justify wrong.
Even if the soldiers have done something wrong to them. Does that give them power and right for such gruesome killing of the soldiers?
Use your brain.
First, if the military had struck first as you alleged, it is a community with leaders, they would have raised and it would have been reported in the social media cos govt can not control social media.
It is most likely because of bunkering which most of these traditional rulers give backing to. There's a reason there is something called "reading to understand " which clearly you lack. Get out of here you dolt |

Achieve one solid feat first, than many pipeline promises abi na proposals… This power plant has always been in Aba. GEJ commissioned it during his tenure. It's owned by EEDC. I think It's currently moribund, hence they're about to revive it. It's still going to power other parts of Abia state under EEDC's jurisdiction |

malali: I see the government is listening to the people. Good moves, forget about the bandits and terrorists news Overwhelm the media with positive and good news. Next thing thing Mr President make executive orders that all the wheat produced in Nigeria must be fully bought before any foreign wheat can be imported into Nigeria. At the same prices adding the cost of importation and duties. Once farmers see this happening a lot of people will start farming wheat.
Nigeria shall be great again. I don't like Tinubu, but when i see something good I appreciate. You actually made a good point here though |

Mrhonesty: Why are Easterners so tribalised and you are accusing the Northerners of extreme religious bigotry. Emefiele doesn't deserve to live for jeopardizing the lives of over 200 million vulnerable people. Obi doesn't have anything in his head to lead Nigeria.
quote author=Umueme post=128833052]Hehe
The 9 points he highlighted for the government to embark on 3 years ago has all undergone progress in the opposite. He recommended reducing this and that, doing this and that but once he entered villa, he started going in the opposite direction.
The blame is on Emefiele though, he trusted a Fulani man who BAT has bypassed to pon the blame of every single economic woe encountered in nigeria since 2015 on him
#MyOpinion Lol So emefiele did all those blunders without Buhari being aware? Do you even understand what comes out of your mouth? |

God
Stop calling this people bandits. These are terrorists. (I might even go ahead and think they're Ansaru terrorists). How hard can it be to arrest and kill this terrorists? Govt is still petting them with kids gloves and cos of that, they keep growing bolder. I remember when the militant Osisikankwu was robbing banks, bursting up police stations, and kidnapped pupils in Aba. The army entered Aba and in less than 3 months, he was killed, his gang members arrested and his stealing and kidnapping reign ended just like that. Nigerian government is intentionally letting this nonsense slide
